Axis bank Worst service... no response for me...
Hi,

Axis bank customer care service is big worst.I have salaried account with this bad bank, I had applied for net banking and i got wrong iConnect pin very long bank(20 days before) but till today (7th of May) am not able to login to my account. Hence i went to axis bank and lodge a complaint two weeks back, but it is still not resolved. Also i sent a complaint mail to [protected]@axisbank.com but no response.


Please help me...

    I have a saving bank account (priority) with malviya nagar branch of Axis Bank. Earlier they used to give cheque book from the branch . Then they started taking cheque requirement slip and cheque book used to come by courier from their H.O. Now when I went to give the cheque requisition slip, the staff is not accepting and stating that the request for cheque book has to be given through SMS. I have sent SMS as required but have not got any confirmation SMS from bank as to whether my request is noted/received.
    I dont know why banks are making things difficulty for customers who have put their money in the bank .Suppose one urgently needs to give money to somebody and inspite of having sufficient funds, does not have the cheque book to enable him to use his money, what is the point in keeping the money in the bank. The procedures for this kind of small things should be customer friendly and not to make the things cumbersome and complicated. The concerned bank or RBI should do something to make the things easier for customers.

      It was intimated with my credit card dispute application form about to close my credit card account but why the statement has again is forwarded. What is more I need to submit. The former request why has not been executed.

      Once again I humbly request you to close down the credit card account no: ([protected] & Add card [protected]),

      I have faced lot of trouble during the transaction with Axis bank, irregular intimation of billing report with the statement. The dealing experience of last period is not been satisfactory. So, my decision is to close the credit card account permanently.

      I hope you will take immediate necessary action against my application at your end please.

      Axis Bank — Not closing my credit card

      I am axis bank credit card customer. The bank is not closing my card even though I paid all the amount in July for my purchases made on my gold credit card. the bank is continuously sending statement with false interest and penalty. I asked them many times to stop sending statement and close the card but they are asking me that I have amount due for my purchases which totally false.I am surendra kumar mahobia from Hyderabad and my mobile number is [protected]. AXIS bank is trying to cheat me with their Gold credit card.

        Refusal to accept voter ID card as proof of Residence

        I am having a saving account with Axix Bank, Tollygunge Branch at Kolkata . I have shifted my residence from Kolkata To Kalyani and accordingly applied for change address with residence proof of my Voter ID card . But as i am not getting any conformation /comminication from Axix Bank then one day approched them . They said that they do not accept Voter ID as valid proof and therfore they have rejected my application . I told to inform me...

        I needed bank statements from AXIS bank urgently..First I went to dhole patil road branch where the middle aged lady was rude so much so that I felt I am asking something from her personal account...She asked me to come next day...only for bank statements ?...I went to deccan branch where there was another problem...I filled up the form but lady kept telling me that her printer was not working...Is it my fault ? She was not sure when she could give the statements...I travelled around 30-40 km for statements without any luck...Shame on these peoples...

        We forget to take back the ATM Card from the ATM, Mehdipatnam, Hyd after drawing some little amount.
        We came too know after along time that we miss the ATM card in the Atm Machine, with open Acoount.
        We felt much fear and ran to the ATM but we found missing. We were searching for Balance Amount on the net, but we failed. Again we called up to Mumbai Office, he block my debit card. I asked about the Balance Deatail, but he told me to contact in the morning. How stupid your banking, telling us that 24 x 7service provider, how can I sleep til morning, because today is my salary day. You people made me nervous and still I tried this number[protected], but their is no response till 8:30 PM. How lier you are?
        SUCH A BIG BANKING NOT SOLVING LITTLE PROBLEMS...STILL 24 X 7 BANKING...? SO SAD..

            I dropped one mail on April 1st regarding my money has debited from my account unknowingly and the bank people is blaming me that i have appealed for some specific account and since i am pretty well aware of that i have not applied for any specific card i am wondering how it happened .And my colleagues are using same card but from their account they didn't credit any money.According to the bank peoples view they have right to debit the customers money whenever they want.Is it the way to behave with the customers and do they give any security for our money ?Kindly help me out to credit my debited money to my account.Now i feel instead o[censored]sing Axis bank account better keep our money in our hand which will be far safer than this stupid bank.Why RBI can't control all those nuisance things?Can you please take any remedial measures on this issue ?

              Hi,

              This is regarding the home loan EMI amount which is getting deducted from my account.

              I have applied for a power home loan of 25 lakhs from AXIS bank in the month of Feb 2008
              with a calculated EMI is 24, 126 and got sanctioned.

              As a first Instalment, an amount of 14, 60, 000 has been released and Pre EMI of 10, 800 has been deducted appropriately on 31 Mar, 2008 for the same..

              Second/Final instalment hasn't been released yet .

              But, on 20 Apr, 2008 full EMI amount of 24, 126 has been deducted from my account.

              Thus, Full EMI has been charged to me even though partial payment has been released till date.


              Below are the loan details:

              I went to AXIS bank, Hyderabad thrice till date to inquire and was sent back stating some petty reasons like Server down, power down, Printer not working, printer ribbon not working etc.., thus troubling me a lot.

              Please let me the know the escalation process for this harassment.

              Also let me know the process to adjust this amount variation as well.

                I have applied for Transfer of Home loan from Another bank (In Bangalore).

                My property is 100% clear in terms of titles/deeds. Property value have also appreciated double over this past 3 years.

                The service people never got back to me. when i followed up they are saying that there is a technical deviation. Neither they are willing to give written statement of what is the deviation!
                patetic response from the official by name Rekha is 'speak to your DSA & we never commited on anything! '

                I am also assume they are playing this prank to delay processing since interest rate is going to increase over time?

                The play safe & eat the processing fee ! CUSTOMERS are at LOSS.

                i am clueless what to do next?

I went to ATM on 04.07.09 morning 8.00AM for withdrawal of money but I got ATM statement showing insufficient balance in my account. After getting mini statement I came to know that Rs.19, 800 are debited from my account. Immediately I had informed to your Mumbai customer care center. I got massage on your mobile banking stating the same on 04.07.2009 at 10.30 AM. I informed to you and your Net Banking officer personally at your branch on the same day at 11.00AM. I was shocked by knowing that some one hacked my net banking ID & password and Rs. 19800.00 is transferred to Axis Bank A/c No.[protected] (Sayad Akram) through Net Banking from my account without my knowledge on 03.07.2009 at 10.30 Pm.

                    Dear sir it is a matter of AXIS net banking’s security and illegal amount transfer. I request you please enquire this as a serious issue and do needful as early as possible. Because of the above mentioned reason I am not in a position to pay the installment of my personal loan in your branch.                       I Anshuman Sharma residing at A.E-780, Salt lake City, (Sector-1), Kolkata-700064, was using Axis Bank credit card bearing number [protected] since March 2007.
                      My statement generation date is 26th of every month and on 27th February 2008 I had received a SMS from the Bank stating that I have used the service
                      worth Rs 7947.28 during last bill period, however I was astonished to find
                      that I had not used the card that month at all. As far as card's
                      security is concerned, card was always with me and I had neither give my card to anybody nor disclosed its details to anyone.I immediatedly contacted the chargeble custome Care of Axis Bank and they said me that they are sending dispute form and I had to fill up the wrong transactions and dispatch it to there Head office in Mumbai, I did that.
                      Then I again contacted the bank's customer care to confirm that I have sent the Dispute form, they said me that from their concerned department they will contact me, however their was no revert from their end.
                      I had aslo e-mailed their customer care regarding the issue as soon as I received the Statement, but to no avail
                      Two days back they have sent one of their collection agent to collect the amount.I told him about the issue and said, ask your bank's representative to directly contact me.
                      Please look into the matter and kindly help me with the stringent issue as bank is not doing anything.

                      My name is Muthuswamy Ravikumar. I am using Axis Bank Credit Card for the past 4 years. Last month, I received a brochure along with my statement. In that brochure, a company named AVA Merchandising advertised that they are giving offers exclusively for Axis Bank Card holders. After scrutinized the brochure, I ordered a Reebok Shoe. They collected the payment from my credit card account, but they are not delivering the shoe. I called them twice, but no proper response from them. Then, I called Axis Bank Grievance Redressal Forum. They told me to fill up the dispute form. Then only, they can act in this regard further. I am going to fill up that form today, then we can see what is going to happen. My dear people, be careful about the credit card people. They are always thinking to rob our hard earned money in different ways.

                          Firstly I want to introduce myself I am Shankar residency in Srirampurma Bangalore-560021.
                          I have to receive a courier from Mumbai, its very confidential courier. But the service of yours made me waiting from past 10days. I got the information about courier should reached me within 72hours from the date dispatch.
                          But still your service made me waiting I had tried calling Blue Dart courier service of Yeshwanthpur branch number i.e.[protected], the call was just ringing no one to pick up the phone.
                          Let me know what I shall do for it, I can’t come to the branch of Yeshwanthpur to collect the courier in that case why you service are available.

                          Brief Story about the accounts & Issues



                          I walked to the Salt lake branch, Kolkata to open an account, that time Mr. Anirudhh assist me to open an account,

                          I provided him the required docs passport copy for the Proof of identity & ration card & standard chartered bank's account statement for the address proof as per his demand to open a saving accounts in the bank…



                          I provided him the address is: 13/1 Hazra Road, Kolkata 26, but he mentioned there 13/2.so just cause of the mistakes of that guy I haven't received the courier i.e. My Welcome kit.



                          I need some money so I walked up to the bank to request to do the needful for me then there I found 2 ladies 1.Madhu Chandra (Branch Head), Vinita Sarkar (Operation Manager), They was not even talked to me & they just told me that that's the RBI rules & u cant withdraw the money so go & talk to the RBI…

                          They didn't allowed me to withdraw the money…

                          So now, that's the mistakes of the banker & I am suffering here.so what to do next,

                          Should I have to go to the Press or should I have to give all the matters to the Newspaper.



                          That all this bull sheet things are happening in the Bank, As this Axis bank is claiming that that is going to be the best in India….

                          So, I hope you will do the needful…

                          So plz do the needful, otherwise, I wok in TRI MEDIA VISION, Newzeland as a manager, & make sure that it wont comes on my reputation cause of the mistakes & misbehave of the banker. Not my fault



                          I understand the reputation of the people & bank & I respect others too.

                            My credit card No. is [protected] given by Axis Bank.

                            But Axis Bank is creating lot of trouble for me regarding this credit card. They sent me first two statement properly. And I paid the due accordingly. Afterward they didn’t send me 3 consecutive statements and charged me late-payment fees and other taxes ( sent me by sms). I mailed them regarding this and asked them to wave off the extra charges as I didn’t get the statements ( it was fault from Axis bank side). But they didn’t listen to me. I got their last sms (till date) on 29th March’08 which is asking for an amount with all the extra charges and they are sending me the statement for the same. But again the statement yet to reach me. This is the trick they are doing with me. They are not sending me statement and charging me fees and taxes. I wrote them that till I’m not getting statement by post I’m not going to pay the dues (why should I pay without any statement in my hand) and secondly I’ll not pay any late-payment fees and taxes as the fault was with Axis bank. Please help me get out of this problem.

                            I took a "Gold Plus" credit card from Axis Bank in December 2007 and have not received a single statement from them till date. I have been paying the monthly bills on basis of SMS alerts received on my mobile. I have made numerous calls to the call center and was promised an equal number times that my statement would reach me in 5 working days. Total rubbish. I even wrote an email to their customer care department and then received the statements on my email address. No hard copies as yet. Even they promised me the same. Reproduced below is the reply from them.

                            Now to come out of this i paid Rs 2000/- as a satellment amount but i m not sure my problem will solve or not.Its was the very bad day when i opt for Axis bank card.i had a very bad experience.

                                I have applied for axis bank silver credit card. At the time of applying the card the dsa's told that there is no joining fee in the card. But after a month i got bill statement that i have to pay joining fee as rs.224. i didnt pay that one. again they put penalty for rs.250. so total rs. 505 with tax. Without using anything in the card i have to pay rs. 505. Realy i lost trust in axis bank. I dont know why they are doing like this

                                  I am Mr. N. Nagabhushan having account in Axis bank. I am encountering the problem while entering into the internet banking site. The site accepts ID and password and take to the account page. From there if i press operative accounts tab it will disappears ones and the "Application security error!!" will come. This is happening continuously and there is no use of internet banking through iconnect.

                                  I am frequenty using netbanking service of different banks, but i never get the problem as in case of Axis. This is happening countinuously and it is taking to me to frustation.

                                  The administrator has to rectify this problem and it has to be user friendly to the customer. So i request you to kindly solve the problem of disappearing of main menus after signing on.

                                  Check below the message of error which displays always, although any one of the following action has not done:

                                  APPLICATION SECURITY ERROR !!
                                  This error has occured for one of the following reasons :
                                  You have used Back/Forward/Refresh button of your Browser.
                                  You have clicked twice on any options/buttons.
                                  You have kept the browser window idle for a long time.
