sir my acc. is in axis bank karelibaug, Vadodara. on 1 oct. 2010 i used the atm of sbi.i want to withdraw the amt. of 6000. but the ATM machine do not withdraw the cash to me and the amt. of rs. 6000. is deducted from my account. i have complained about this in Axis bank, rohtak. in main branch. on 15 oct i got my money back.after it on 20 oct my account shows the previous deducted balance.sir please return my money back into my account.my account no. is [protected].

    my name is b.v.rajkamal my account no is [protected]..i went to the oldwashermnepet branch to deposit the cheque for the amount of rupees 11000 which was given by my customer named nagappa motors thier account is with axisbank(purasaiwakkam branch) i have deposited the cheque at 12.30pm(on 12.11.2010) collecting staff has told me that it well credited in your account within 30 mins and i myself waited till 2.30pm the amount was not credited in my accoount and i called to oldwashermenpet branch miss meenakshi took the call and she told me that there is some mismatch of the sign in the cheque so we have scanned the cheque and we have sent the email to the purasaiwakkam branch and after getting the confirmation only we can credit the amount she told me i said ok.and i have called to my customer and said the above thing they told me that they well call to the branch and speak regarding this ....and they called me on my phoneline at 3.30 pm and said that they have spoken with the branch manager he told that he has resolved the issuse he has sent the mail and he has also spoken with the oldwashermenpet branch manager.and after the confirmation i called again to the oldwashermenpet branch and said my customer has said the issue has been resolved that the purasaiwakkam branch they have forwarded the email and they have also spoken with ur branch manager miss meenakshi told me that still they did not got any information on ithis issue at 3.45 pm.and i waited till 5.30pm the amount still was not credited in my account and i called again to the oldwashermenpet branch and spoken with miss meenakshi that still the amount was not still credited in my account and my customer is confirming that the purasaiwakkam branch manager has sent the mail to the branch and also spoken with the branch manager at 3.30pm itself and u r saying that still u did not got any information she said in the rough voice that she cant do anything, my customer called me on the other line and said sir pls u get the name of the person so the pusaiwakkam manager can directly interact with the person on this issue........i called again to the branch no 25951100 and i have spoken with miss meenakshi madam i have spoken with my customer and they said they are asking the name so that the puraisaiwakkam branch manager can speak with u directly and she said that she cant tell her name i repeatedly ask her name so the manager can speak with u she refused and said that there is no rules that the staff has to give the name to the customer and at last when i requested again then only she said that her name is meenakshi whether it is the true or false name i am not aware and she transferrd the call to the other person she is also a women and she simply spoke with me in english and i am not that much fluent in english so i asked the person to speak in tamil,when the customer is speaking in tamil y u r speaking with me in english we are in tamilnadu so speak with me in the regional language tamil which i have known and the women told me that i cant speak with u in tamil whichever language i am interested i can speak that only and there is no rules and that i should speak in tamil and i got tensed and i said which said like this i asked u should speak tamil only when the customer is speaking in tamil as u know english u cant simply speak in english and she cut the call.......................as a tamilan i was very shocked of the behaviour o[censored]r bank employee ....and i called again to the bank 25951100 this miss meenakshi picked the call and i asked the name of the person to give the complaint she simply refused to say the name and said she well be also give the complaint against me and atlast she said u bring the challen and collect the cheque and go and cut the call........................................as being the axisbank customer u i need to hear all this things from ur employee this should not happen at any time to any customer pls take the neccsary against miss mennakshi and the other lady(if she is not interested in speaking in tamil and working in tamilnadu and change her to some other country where the customer speak english so she can atleast work for the customers.............................pls take the nessesary action as soon as possible ......regarding this issue i am also planning to place complaint in reserve bank and in the consumer court,i[censored] have and doubt on this issue pls free to call me in my mobile no [protected],[protected]
    note:after 6 pm only cheque got cleared

      This is Dhivakar. On Saturday (30/10/2010), I tried to withdraw an amount (200) from the World Bank AXIS ATM branch. The transaction was failed due to satellite link problem displayed in the ATM screen.

      So I left and have logged in Iconnect to check my account transaction details. I have found that the amount 200 was debited from my account at the World Bank AXIS ATM irrespective of failed transaction.

      transaction is complied enter amount 3500, but this ATM detected 5000 from my
      account this time but this amount I am not received, And I claimed the
      concerned bank Axix BANK through BANK BF INDIA but the PNB bank and
      the same was represented as successfully your transaction, This transaction no
      received the enter amount 5000 from my side. But this time no any action
      related ATM. So please provide my refund money.

        Axis Bank executive had visited me and asked me to sign up for Axis Bank Gold Easy Card about an year ago which is still in its packing. He had told me that there would be no joining or annual fees as I`m having a current account with Axis Bank with huge balance.

        Even though I had not used the card I received credit card statements.

        This is not acceptable when I have not used the card which is free of cost for life time, how can you bill me? I have relationships with other banks but they have never charged unnecessarily.

        I send mail to [protected]@axisbank.com and customer.[protected]@axisbank.com several times but I never received any response from them. Then I personally visited your branch and had a talk with your staff, he assured me that he would waive off all the charges and asked me to write and give a request to cancel the credit card. The same was done immediately and he said he would call me, but it has been almost a month and I have not recieved any call.

        I now understand the true nature of your customer service I`m planning to close the current account at your bank and end all relationships.


        So all people who read this please dont apply for Axis Bank credit card as you will land in lot of trouble. Please inform this to all your friends and family members who are using or applied for Axis Bank credit card.

        Axis Gold Credit card — SMS alert for Bill statement with 3,089 as due,w/o even using it.

        Hi there,
        I just recieved my credit card on teh last or 2nd last day of Dec 2007.
        Today morning on 20 Jan 2008, I recd an sms alert that the statement has been generated for 3,089 and would soon be delivered.

        How is it possible?????????????????/
        I have not given a GLIMPSE EVEN to any one - SWIPING IS FAR WAY APART!!!!!

        Axis Bank — unnecessary charges on credit card payment

        I allready payment the credit card payment on 5/08/2008. In my statement axix bank recived my cheque. but i don't know they reversal my payment on 09/08/2008. and charge so many fines. I'll not pay the bill untill and unless i recived my orginal payment without any fine. then i pay the amount. It's not my fault.

        An immediate action is required on AXIS bank to end the harassment; I am going to cut off my relation with AXIS bank as soon as possible.

        I've experienced that Axis Bank customer care executive (or rasacals) are not able to resolve the query. I was talking to a foolish customer care executive name "Amarnath" and after more then 30 minutes of talking he put me on hold several times because he was not able to clarify the details of charges on my card, also he was not able to take request of reversal. When I asked to talk to his superior he disconnected the phone. The service of the Axis bank is questionable since the beginning. The rascal was telling me useless and senseless reasons like you have not paid the amount before due date though it is clearly mentioned in the statement that full amount was paid before due date. He was saying everything is system generated, we dont know how the calculation is done.

          I am Hema Joshi and i am using services of Axis Bank from last 2.5 years. The issue is that i have made a online transfer of Rs. 3500 from my ICICI bank account on 7th September 2010 (ac no[protected] to my Axis Bank (AC No - [protected]).

          Till today (8th Nov 2010) i havent received that amount in my Axis Bank and i am rigoureously following up with Axis Bank on the same subject from last 2 months but they dont have any solution of this.

          They have given me several Requests Number and asked me to call again and again but no response has been received from today.I am also forwarding you the complaint numbers which have been provided by them to me on time to time basis.

          I have deposited a IDBI CHQ- of Rs. 21000/- at Pandry Branch OF Raipur Chattishgar on 27/06/11, which was without informing me your Branch had Reverted to my CORPORATE Branch at CHANNAI Madippakam Branch, Mistake was IN my Corporate account my name is mentioned as SUBHABRATA not SUBHABRATA GANGULY which is mention in my chq- of IDBI RAIPUR. While depositing my chq- I have mentioned in the DEPOSITE SLEEP MY MOBILE number but AXIS BRANCH never taken pain to inform me before REVERTING TO CHANNAI CARPORATE ACCOUNT BRANCH. When I asked their Help form the Pandry Branch staff they only gave me one number where call is going but no responce . The staff says that we cant help u in this matter you only have to help your self whyit is so. If this your's reply too let me know, or help me to get REVERTED MY CHQ- OF RS. 21000/- AS URGENT.
          So, please give a kind eye on my issue and REVERT MY CHQ- TO MY PANDRY BRANCH AND ask BM Pandry to intemat me as he receive's.

            I have my Salary account in Axis Bank, Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.(Account No – [protected])
            On 25.10.2010, I found that my internet account (iConnect) has been hacked and there were 23 transactions made to VODAFONE BILL DESK (Rs 7112/-) and ONLINE RECHARGES (Rs 8570/-) respectively as money transfers from Different Locations have been done from my Savings account as confirmed by Banker. I came to know about the fraud transaction when I visited the nearest ATM on 25.10.2010 to draw some amount around 08.26AM, I discovered that total amount of Rs 15682 had been transferred from my Axis Bank, Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa to VODAFONE BILL DESK (Rs 7112/-) and ONLINE RECHARGES (Rs 8570/-) without my knowledge.
            I Discussed with the Banker, and freeze my account immediately. As per Bank Officials, they have escalated the matter to their HO and asked me to wait and keep patience for some days.
            No FIR was lodged against the criminals by the bank until 27th Oct, since the incident occurred on 24th Oct night and reported on 25th Oct Morning.
            Over and above my home branch manager is saying that he has escalated the matter to their Circle office to take investigative measures, and following up the same.
            If there is no any process to get back the hacked money to their customers immediately after receiving a written complaint from the customer. , then Axis Bank has no right to risk people's hard earned money. I don't understand, If the amount debited from my account then no doubt these must be credited to some account, then what is the difficulty to trace and recover the amount accordingly.
            Seeing the situation, I Requesting to the Bank Officials to recover the amount and credit to my account on priority.

            Dear Sir,

            I have my savings account with AXIS BANK.My account no is [protected].I lossed my amount of Rs.3000 by physhing attack as on JUNE 2009.Nearly 10 times I went to the branch in radha krishnan salai in chennai.All the times I got very irresposible answers.They gave a form and ask me to put my sign.I did it nearly 2 times.When the last time I called a lady named Bharathi told me that they are finished their duties and waiting for the fund transfer from the thane branch.They are cheating me.their extension no is[protected].I am waiting for that amount since 1 year.I affected much.

            Hereby I ask u please kindly help me for this issue and help me to get back of my amount.

                This is to inform you that I have a zero balance salary a/c. with Axis ank,Golpark Br.
                The bank has debited me Rs 105/- , 2 times in two months of Aug10 and again same amt Rs 105 in Sep10 as annual charges for atm cum debit card .
                When I lodged complaint with the bank that such charges cannot be levied under current RBI guidelines , the bank wanted me to return the ATM card and has also expressed their inability to credit such fees levied . I have accordingly surrendederd my atm card .
                I am attaching the stamped correspondence and a/c sattement submitted to the bank in this regard.
                Kindly arrange to settle this .

                  Hi,

                  I am an existing Citi Bank customer. I am trying to transfer the Funds to the beneficiary in axis bank. On talking with the phone banking officer I got to know that the bank account number is not matching with the IFSC code . However the IFSC code was provided by the branch personnel of the beneficiary. I even checked it twice and tried to transfer the funds thrice. However on requesting the Axis Bank officer they denied to provide the correct IFSC code on security reason. However , the IFSC code has got nothing to with the Security reason.

                    Hi,

                    I had applied for Personal loan in Bangalore axis bank. I have closed the same loan 4 months back. i recived a confirmation on mail that the laon is closed and all the documents will be delivered to me in 10 to 15 days. Till date I have not recived the documents and my security cheques.

                    The blunder that this bank have done is they represented one of my cheque in my bank which got bounced. Such kind of behaviour is really annoying and would like somebody to help me how to teach them a lesson.

                    I have applied of closure of my personal loan on March 30th 2010, but till now the account is not closed. Whenever I call them/ visit them at the branch, they say it will get closed by this weekend. But till now no luck. And they kept on deducting the EMI. They say that it will get refunded, but the amount that they refunded for one month is less than the EMI I paid by 2K. I'm unable to follow up with them everyday and with every employee.

                    Can you please help me out with this.

                      I went to Axis Bank ( City center - Gwalior branch) - as on[protected] for opening my corparate salary savings accounts. The NTB officer incharge (Mr.Jitendra Verma) checked all my documents and got my application form filled.
                      I asked him all the docs including the application form are ok , he said it fine and we will be dispatching it to our CPU today itself and within a week you will receive your kit ( i.e. 7 - 8 days TAT).

                      No info was provided about the status of my account opening by the NTB officer and his subbordinate Mr.Salman ( Sales Manager). Today as on[protected] when i visited the branch the told that the application form is rejected due to overwriting. It will be despatched back to Gwalior Branch from CPU and then fresh application form will be sent to CPU (Mumbai ). Now the TAT will be 15-16 days for account opening.

                      Point is that there is a lapse in training imparted to the NTB officer and no proper information is given to the customer. Even when i visited the branch the attitude of the employees was really bad. The operations manager even told me you want to escalate this matter you can we will see to it.

                      End result is that we the customer are harassed and have to keep on tracking for details due to the improper functioning (i.e. training) given to Axis Bank employees.

                        I had sent an application to get the password for my internet banking. And this has not happened. It has been more than a week(just considering the working days) Since I gave the application. And it has been impossible to reach the marathahalli branch. No one in the branch answers the phone and the same happens with the customer care number too. I am totally pissed off

                          i would like to bring to your notice i had a credit card [protected] almost 2 years back as my credit card was mis used i had been defaulter in making the payment i my self when walked in to axis bank office in kuvempunagar branch .

                          i had a talk with mr prashanth credit card in charge of mysore as he offered me 1 time settelment for rs 20000.

                          as i accepted the offer. then coudnt make the payment because of financial crises as i lost my job


                          later one of the axis credit card executive was in touch with me as he said that he had spoken to head of credit card that i can make payment of rs 20000 in two instalments as i agreed i told him to come and collect the cheque for rs 10000 on 1st nov 2009 as he requested me to give him the post dated cheque for 31 oct as he had got recovery target

                          i issued him the cheque on 1 condition to present the cheque on 1 st nov 2009

                          i clearly told him that if he advances the cheque i will not make the payment ther after


                          as he had presented the cheque he dint courage to face me so he was aviding me and dint ask me for payment hence fort



                          then after 9 months there was no comunication re garding payment or nither any executive visited in person to me regards payment collection recovery


                          as iam working for a company i had to open a account with axix bank my acc num [protected] recently i had applied for medical re embirsument my account was credited with the same .wen went to withdraw was in shock to know my account was leaned towards axis credit card balance

                          .

                          sir as i am still in finincial crises iam not worth for lieaned amount at a time . i kindly request you to please provide me 1 more settelment which is nearing to my previous settelment and provide me 2 instalments. were it can be debited from my account itself directly


                          were i will make the payment with out fail . please consider and help in solving my problem

                          when my father was not well i had a claim from my company for which i am working now when i went to withdraw my money i was real shocked i was uncousiuos for 5 minutes

                            I had applied for a Personal Loan on 24/09/2010 with one Axis Bank executive named Mr.Manjunath. I had given post dated cheques as per his promise that I will be getting the Demand Draft within 6 working days. The cheques got bounced from the account due to insufficient balance. I kept calling Mr. Manjunath to check the status regarding sanction of my loan. I was made to believe by Mr.Manjunath that I will be getting the cheque on 01/10/2010, then he started giving excuses for next 3 days. As I already heard enough excuses from him, I thought to check with Axis Bank, Jayanagar 4th T Block Branch, Bangalore which is close to where I stay.

                            They connected me to Mr.Manjunath's Manager whose personal number is +91 [protected]. As the cheques got bounced I even told I want to cancel the procedure of this and cancel my application for loan. Mr.Manjunath already came to know I am having a plan to cancel my loan, he started speaking to me in abusive language in Kannada and disconnected the call.

                            Do you have some procedure for your executives to speak to customers in a polite manner rather using abusive language. I thought of cancelling the loan as I was fooled for nearly 3 days but how can he speak to me in some abusive language.

                            I posted a complaint in AXIS Bank website but they haven't got back to me yet.

                            My name is Jiljil Prasad and I am from Bangalore.
                            I have applied for personal loan in Axis bank. The person name Mr Srinivas (Mobile:[protected], has brought all the relevent documents where customer need to be signed and he collected from me all the relevent documents including 6 cheque leaves.

                            But the address verification got failed as I was out of station when they came for verification.
                            So the loan application got rejected. I asked Mr Srinivas to cancel the application and return back my cheque leaves.
                            He conveyed me that he will send the cheques through courier. He promised me on 1st week of April 2012.
                            And today's date is 8th May 2012.Till now I didnt get my cheque leaves.

                            What I was trying to say here is beware of this guy who is approching you for loan. (Mr Srinivas (Mobile:[protected].

                            Jayanagar branch manager very very worst fellow i have ever seen. He is really sucking. He works only for money and least bothered about the customers. He is very careless with his job and says customer to go for another bank after making to wait as long as 1 month. What the hell are the higher officials doing over there. They are casually saying we lost all your documents after the DD is ready. Useless manager.

                              I have got a credit card issued by AXIS Bank Ltd(UTI) in the year 2007 with my salary savings A/c. As I was not having much use of credit card. I have not used it for initial 2-3 months.1st time i have used it in indore for paying my utility bill in the month of may07/ june07in INDORE(As i was working there) for which ihave made the payment in the given cycle.and i used to continue the same in that manner and made all my dues clear at given point of time.

                              But in the month of Sep 07 i hav recieved a statement from AXIS Bank that there is a cash withdrawl done by me in the month of Jul07/Aug 07. I hav given several call to them for the same issue as i have never withdrwal cash from the credit card.but they didn't given me any reply to my dispute. one day i hav again call the customer care dept and they suggested me to continue the dealing and told me to pay the rest of the amount other than the disputed amount(Rs.4000), ihav also been told tht they will send me the dispute form in the phyisical form. i Hav requested them to also send the same on my email too. i hav still not recieved the Physical copy(today 19/10/10)from their end.
                              I hav send the Dispute form taking printout from my mail in the month but din't get any positive reply till date.Bank has also put my name in the defaulter list. and because of that i am not able to get any facilities(loan scheme) available with any of the pvt or nationalized bank. So please sugest me what to do as bank is not providing any solution.

                              AXIS BANK LTD. — Credit Crad Payment

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have to pay my credit card bill on 30/06/09 for Rs. 3730.00, issued cheque no. 046437 Dt. 30/06/09 (ICICI Bank Ltd). But Axis excecutive present cheque on 27/06/09, as chequ is present early icici bank didn't clear the funds & debit me Rs. 55/- to my account.

                              Than I have talk many custumer care executives in Axixs bank Mumabi for this matter, as per there advice I have paid on 02/07/0009 cash Rs. 3730.00 to Axis bank Credit Card.They have ensure me that we will not present your cheque till 03/07/2009. Side by Side i have also write ICICI bank to stop payment against the cheque no. 046437 issued to axis bank.

                              On 03/07/2009 Axis bank represent my cheque at ICICI bank, by chance at the moment there is insufficiant fund in my account, so my cheque bounced & ICICI bank charge me Rs. 386.00.

                              My camplant is
                              01. Why cheque no. 046437 dated 30/06/2009 presneted on 27/07/2009
                              02. Why cheque no. 046437 re- present 03/07/2009, when I have already paid Rs. 3730.00 by cash.

                              Kindly resove the matter & return Rs. 441.00 which is paid by me to ICICI bank.

                              I had applied axis bank credit card MY ZONE which contained offer of free joining charges as told by your employee &quot;Mrs. shalini&quot; of waidhan branch of singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. However she called me later on phone that the offer may not be given due to some reason and there will be FI call in which I can forbid to issue the same. I donot got any call for this, so I told her only not to issue any credit card to me. Even so, my credit is issued with charges of Rs 570 and without any offer and it is being dispatched to me.(got message related to this on phone).

                              myself ravi haridutt sharma, i have taken axis bank credit card in year 2008 .the card no. is [protected] . i have setteled my account in 24 nov 2008 after discussion with axis bank officer also they gave me full and final payment letter (letter no. 1891) which is sighned by mr. vinay sawant / dy manager / branch : rac mumbai with the proper axis bank stamp on the letter head of axis bank. and also from 2008 to till now 5times i have given xerox of axis bank letter, payments reciepts and my bank pass book to bank representative for update. but yet i am getting calls from bank regarding dues which is very harrasing for me. i dont know how we go forward.

                                  Sir, I am Use Axis Bank Credit Card las 5 years. I have always pay my due within due date. In this process Axis Bank credit cards send me Credit Card Statement In month of August Rs 978/- behalf of this I pay the amount 1000/- by cheque which No is 359116. Which is debit my account on date of[protected]. But Axis Bank Credit card say to me for payment, While AXis Bank Credit Card staff credit this cheqe in another person credit card holder. I fill the accurate where it is credit. Till Now Axis Bank not accept his staff mistake, Now I want action and compensation from Bank. Till the date[protected] in every contact Axis Bank Credit division say we are looking the matter process is carry on.


                                  Another mistake by Axis Bank Credit card the month of September. Bank send me statement in September for payment. I have paid by the Cheque No 359117 the amount of 1975/-. This cheque is debited my account in date[protected]. But Axis Bank credit Card denied for received the payment while cheqe is debited. I have complaint in Nodal officer, Credit Card management team. But not body reply me.


                                  Please advice me where I do the complaint against the Axis Bank credit card. I am too much tension after the payment. Axis Bank Credit agency called me and abuse me. I have prof that Axis Bank Staff mistake it.

Deduction have been made continously from my account with informing me and I wrote and application to you as well regarding the same but no action has been taken yet.So I kindly request you to refund that particular amount and convert this account to Zero Balance Account.                                       I have book rail ticket on 03.09.2010 through MakeMyTrip. And payment done by my Debit card (Gold Card) against my account no [protected]. I have received payment details, where it shows Bank/Card Charges : Rs 79.When i telecom with MakeMyTrip they told me this is from my side. When i asked to Customer care executive of Axis bank he told me they charge around Rs 11.30/ per transaction.
                                      When I called at Panvel branch of Axis they told me it will credited after one or two days but it is not done. I have email communication with them but they don't give me satisfactory reply. Also when i went to Axis Bank Branch and meet Mr Dhananjoy Kumar Barnwal but it is not co-operative. Till date they are not credited my money after proper charges.
