[Resolved] Axis Bank / Credit Card — not received

i am not received my credit card from last one month. every time i call to customer care of axis bank they told me that my address is wrongly entered,thats YOUR'S fault, not mine. yesterday when i called to axis bank, they told me that it will takes 10 more days to update your address. Would appreciate if following matter is solved as earlier as possible. I had received my credit card last month. I had already started using it. But i have not received my billing date mail and my net asses to my account.

I also hold savings account from axis bank and 885 got deducted from my account. I want to know the reason why 885 got deducted from my account without my notice?

M.NAVEEN Tamilnadu Erode district. Axis Salary Advantage Credit card collection agent spoke to bad words . I told don't talk like this . He told You pay money after I won't talk like this .your late payment, I will come to your home and office and shouting . But I ask him I need time plz understand my situation. I will pay but need time he won't accept pay immediately my salary only 10k . Last month 5 month I did paid timely 4100k . Outstanding 29k . Plz give me solution . Collection agent talk to bad words I have record. He is blackmail for me . Really hurting 😪 Upset . Balance payment I will pay the Due amount. but he not understand not gave the time .
