I initiated 2 transactions from HDFC Quick Remit and AXIS remit at the same time.
HDFC has cleared on time as usual , but AXIS remit was just holding the money.
I got a confirmation email from AXIS Remit saying they recieved money from Singapore.
But, online status was shown as "Money Awaited"-- TOO BAD
I dropped an email to AXIS remit customer service -- No response even after couple of days.
In summary , I can say its the worst and just by looking at 2-3 paise more exchange rate through AXIS remit can lead to huge loss and no one to support you.... Because AXIS remit is more interested to hold our money and make business for few days , then release our money.. Its their motto I believe Was this information helpful? |
