[Resolved]  Axs Online Pvt Ltd — Not to pay salary properly

NOT TO PAY SALARY PROPERLY
Respected sir,

the above mentioned company take employees original certificates and they wont pay salaries properly.

and first month they pay half salary

while notice period they wont pay 2 months salary

lot of CHARTERED SEMI QUALIFIED PEOPLE they worked in that company. they submit dummy articles and they worked in this company.

they cheated CHATERED ACCOUNTANCY BOARD.

AND MR. RAGHAVENDRA HIS ROLE IS HR HE IS BEST FISH MARKETER.

BASICALLY HE DONT HAVE ANY HR QUALITIES.

PLEASE CONSIDERED MYABOVE REPORT AND TAKE SOME ACTION AND SAVE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ALSO SAVE EMPLOYEES LIFE.

THE MANAGEMENT IS OF CRIMINAL MINDED.AS THE DECESSIONS MAKING IS DONE BY UNQUALIFED PERSON, ITS DONE IN PERSONAL INTEREST NOT IN THE INTEREST OF COMPANY. THEY DEFAULT IN PAYMENT OF STATUTARY DUES LIKE- ESI, PROVIDENT FUND, PROFESSIONAL TAX, TO THE GOVERNMENT, EVEN THOUGH THESE ARE DEDUCTED FROM THE EMPLOYEES SALARY- THEY DO NOT REMIT IT TO GOVERNEMENT BY FRADULANT ACCOUNTING PRACTICES. SOME ONE SHOULD FILE CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
RAGHAVENDRA HR MANAGER-A FISH MARKETER, HE DO NOT POSSESS ANY HR QUALITIES- HE IS BEST SUITABLE FOR RECEPTIONIST JOB. THEY CHEAT C A INSTITUTE BY TAKING DUMMY ARTICLES INTO THEIR COMPANY.
THE EMPLOYEES CAREER WILL BE SPOILED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY-IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WAY.
THEY DO NOT PAY SALARY. THEY TAKE MORE TIME OR DEFAULT IN RETURNING THE ORIGINAL DOCUEMENTS TAKEN FROM EMPLOYEES.

not only Mr.raghavandra, even the Manager Mr.loksundeen, he is the most egoistic fellow, he try to keep employees under his foot and smash their respect..employees are less than ants to him.

Company name they are keep on changing
And they not providing reason for change the name very difficult to get personnel loan or any other loan from which they provide salary slip or LOX
