To Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Bathinda. SUB: WORST SERVICE OF BROAD BAND Respected Sir, This Is To Bring I Your Notice That We {Raj Medicos, Power House Road, Bathinda} Are Using the Broad Band Services Bearing Number[protected], & A/c Number: [protected] A Plan Of 4 GB, Our Uses Are Very Limited, As the Monthly Bill Is 800.00 Upto 1000.00, For The Month of July We Have Received the Bill For Rs: 4700.00 Including the Previous Balance, As We Have Paid All Our Previous Bills. At Present the Broad Band Is Not Working We Regd The Complaint On 05/10/2010 Complaint Number [protected] . Next Day A Person Comes & Checked the Wires & Says That Is Not There Job, Persons Related To Broad Band Can Remove the Error, Next Day We Regd One More Complaint at 198, This Time A Person Came & Checks The Problem, As Per His Views: Telephone Set, Splitter & Modem Are Not Working Properly And Its To Be Changed. As I Have Given An Application In The Month Of September To Stop Our Broad Band Connection & Disconnect It Permanently. BSNL — inter net not connecting
myself paramjit singh .I have got broadband connection with refference of my landline no[protected]. on dated 23-05-09. after getting this connection i received good net services for four days but now internet not connecting & if it got connect speed remain ver poor. please help meBharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — reduction in account balance
my account balance was Rs56. it was cut down to Rs.0.10 without any info.i have no additional service activated on my phone.i have called customer care about 30-40 times but no action was taken.the date when the balance was cut was 10th of november.the complaint no. given to me was 6052491,6058908.Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — INTERNET NOT CONNECTING
Respected Sir/Madam,We have a broadband connection of BSNL in the name of M/S Maharani Paints Pvt Ltd in ludhiana[protected].we are using this connection from last 3months.but we are facing problem from last 1 month.we are using the plan of 8 MB speed but from last 1 month recieved only 1mb to 2 MB but this speed is also not run conitnue connection is always discoonect.we have to issue bills online but net is not working so our work is always pending. So please do the needfull for us.

B.S.N.L — Discount not given to subs
When i applied for a Brade Band connection I got a promotional schem offer of Discount Rs. 300/- (Rs. 100/- each month) from my telephone bill. But still now not given to me this discount offer.I am given them two letter also but no result till now.Please given me justice.
