My mob. no is [protected] and I live in U.P. East Circle In Unnao distt. I have recharged with 230 Rs on 16-10-09 which is Unlimited GPRS tarriff of B.S.N.L..for 1 month.but my account balance is reduced by 52.90 Rs without any prior confirmation. and I have not called anywhere and neither done any message. but customer care is not able to answer me .I am conti nuously facing the problem of deduction in my balance. BSNL — for reduce of balance
my bsnl number is [protected].On 31st dec 2010 i have the balance of rs. 288 and i made 22 local sms. After doing the sms my balance reduced up to rs.181. why rs 100 cut for 22 sms .send me detais of my number or mail me at saruparia.[protected]@gmail.com . unless i will have to go for legal aid.
