Kindly furnish your details like unique barcode id to help us understand the issue. We understand that Storing cord blood is once in a life time opportunity but as a matter of fact there are other following conditions where the cord blood sample is rejected considering unfit for storage: a) when baby passes muconium/ waste products etc. contaminating the blood. B) When the blood tested comes out to be positive with HIV, HBV, CMV1 &2, Malaria, Syphillis, HBs Ag, anti HBc, Anti HCV, HTLV1&2. C) Rejection of sample may happen due to sterility issues which might come across due to unhygienic conditions of the surroundings too d) Rejection is also seen in cases where cord blood in the umbilical cord is less (it can vary person to person since nutrition levels and conditions of pregnant female are never the same)
Moreover Storing cord blood is indeed important for any bank too as if we see other way it shall be a loss to the company, so a company’s owned professional will never unprofessionally handle a sample since otherwise company shall have to wave-off the storage fee, which doesn’t sound financially viable.
So consider it as a loss to Babycell too, Babycell being transparent have informed you the realities in time as performing tests and reconfirming do take a month’s time.

Hi this is Anup here..made my biggest mistake by opting Baby Cell instead of Life Cell or Other. My wife delivery happens at Indore and the person came for collecting sample is not hygienic, not professional, eating tobacco and collected sample.
After few days i received call from Mumbai head office we have found some organism in cord but its normal and we are going to preserve it, its just a call to inform you.
Then after gain few days i relieved call from Pune office that there is some contamination and we cant preserver code and when i said k how this happen because few days prior to that i received call that everything is fine, they told we will check and revert you.Then again i received call that sorry its just missed, everything is fine and we have preserved it.
Now again i received the call that there is issue with cord and we cant preserve. I am continuously chasing but no response, Pune representative not picking the call.Now i will go to consumer forum and ask for penalty.
As do not collect my babies cord properly and now they insist me to discard cords without any proper clarification.

Friends I really suggest you to please go with this Baby cell. Its very bad company only fake commitments are made by these representatives. Representative of Panipat Mr. Pramod and Raman cheat me a lot.

Cryobank repersentatives Mr Deepak and Mr Ravikant in panipat, they are cheating people with fake promises,
Their paramadic is illitrate and they play with people emotions,
their are many victum of their fraud in panipat and karnal,
even their company had been sold in 2010, and now they are in loos of rs 20crore

On above comment, Rahul Kumar is the registered name, and in last part of comment there is a name of Ajay. Subject of the complaint is Baby Cell. So Baby Cell is full of fear with Cryobanks. They are making false comments and misleading the peoples. So they are in full of fear. They don't have the guts to face the competitions in the field. Now they are applying negative marketing attitude. So please do whatever you want and waste time to make comments and We as Cryobanks enrolled all the patients of Panipat and Karnal. So keep it up. Enjoy for making false comments have dreams in days. Bye-Bye.

I have approached to Baby cell to understand the plan and one of the Agent came and explained the plan and when i asked about cost then he told for you its 55 k, but after a week i talked to Cyro bank and Life cell, they are giving the same offer in 45 k only. then again i called to same agent and asked that why you are charging 10 k extra, then he told i will give the discount and he cut down 10 k.
I don't understand the gap, whether Baby cell company is maintaining duel standard or its agent who are making fool to people.
Please check with all the competitor before taking any plan..
