[Resolved] Bag It Today — Delivery | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to draw your attention towards my problem and request you to kindly help me out as I seriously dont know where to go and resolve my issue On 21st Jan 2013 I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note (order id:[protected]) by paying 24999 the website www.bagittoday.com but till 30th I just heard (by calling there tolled number:[protected]) that my order is under processing and as per there company rule order will take 7-15 days excluding Saturday and Sunday. On 31st Jan they told me that they delivered me the product by First Flight Courier (Courier ID:O[protected]. When i tracked it by website of First Flight it shown that my courier reached unto my nearby First Flight office at Garh road, Meerut 4th Feb. When i queried for it First Flight representative said that your courier has been lost ( Divakar: [protected]) and you complain for it to your ordering company as we are only responsible to them and not to you.I asked them to lodge FIR and give me a copy but they refused to give it to me. As today its 12th Feb and i did not not got any response except 5 times verification calls from bag it today,regarding whether I got the product or not and every time i explain them that I did not got the courier kindly help me and tell me that whether its just my bad luck or while shopping online I have to keep this much patience. They will make so many excuse like your address is incomplete, we are shifting our warehouse, we sent your complain to concern deptt. Such and such...they will also ask you to wait 2-7 days or 7-10 days, but when the time came, they will have another excuses... I wonder how can they still run their online store by cheating people!
