I had ordered for a Reebok wrist watch-I1663133 on 13.05.10 for Rs 299/-, Order numb--OGA[protected] on BAG IT TODAY---INDIA TODAY.I had received the same by ARAMEX courier,consignment Number-[protected].The watch was damaged(broken glass).I am not satisfied with the product & service being delivered to me.As per the telecon held in the evening in your delhi office on[protected] I was asked to return back the watch with an application & the copy of the delivery note.I was committed that I will be apid the return courier charges as well by the company.I had sent back the RBK watch by Proffessional courier today itself alongwith--an application,copy of the delivery note & the courier bill copy.

I recieved a call from bag it today an order in jan2011 was sent to me witch i did not recieve annd it has gone back. I request you to please refund the amount as i dont want the product. booking id of the product is[protected], amount is Rs 24000/- I have sent the request over the phone and was assured it would be refunded to my account of my credit card.
