I have order one lotto Shoe thru Bag It Today online shopping site, on 7th June 2012, on 9th June I have received Lotto Shoe of size 6, which is not appropriate for my foot size, I have contacted there helpline no.[protected] , and as per instruction given by them I have return back Lotto shoe at their Delhi ware house , which was delivered on 16 th June 2012, till date 12th July 2012 I have not received my lotto shoe size 7, and I have made calls to their helpline no. and every time I am getting one false commitment, detail of order is as follows, Order ID :[protected] , for Lotto Shoe size 7 Offer Prize 825 + 199 Hanbdling charges, Return goods by Maruti Courier wide docket no.[protected] Complaint / Contact Detail at Call Center : 799240 Ankita , 819652 Mr. Rahul , 26th June onwrads I have mdae 15 calls and they are not even ready to provide service request no. Bag it Today are big frauds. I was victim ( they have stolen 56, 000 Rs.from my citi bank credit card by giving false committment) of them and Citi Bank helped me to get out of the issue. Thanks!! to Citi Bank.
