I wish to stat that I had received a call from your sales executive of Bag It Today on my mobile no. [protected] i.e. Miss Samira on 26the of March 2011 on thee commitment that I was selected among five valuable customer who will receive a assured cash price of either Rs. 2,00,000/-, Rs. 5,00,000/-, Rs. 10,00,000/-, Rs. 15,00,000/- or Rs. 20,00,000/- in thee month of April 2011, on the condition that the amount will be received only if I will make a purchase of Rs. 24,999/- consisting of Item as a Balckberry Storm mobile hand set and a 6 pieces of diamond worth Rs. 10,000/- each. At the same time she committed that the amount which will be received in cash will be your tax free income.
Considering the call and the commitment made by the sales executive of bag it today I had made the purchase by Order ID no.[protected].
Further on 31st March 2011 a call from another sales executive named Mr. Raj is received stating thee price amount was confirmed and I will receive a cash price of Rs. 15,00,000/- and thee same will be received to me by April 2011. But due to some reason I have to make a further purchase of Rs. 99,996/- for claiming the amount.
Again considering thee commitment of sales executive of bag it today I had made the purchases of 4 set of Balckberry Storm mobile hand set and a 6 pieces of diamond worth Rs. 10,000/- each by order id numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
On 4the April 2011 I had received a call from Mr. Raj and on thee same call some senior executive named Mr. Ritesh and Mr. sammir has confirmed me that the cash price of Rs. 15,00,000/-, but due to some technical reason thee price will be given to me by 15the May 2011.
In between I had done a lot of mail and phone call to Bag It Today Office but no proper response is there.
Now i had received a mail from Bag It Today Stating that they are not able to provide me the cash price nor they will refund me the amount for purchases made on thee commitment of there sales executive

All thee call and thee commitments made by your executive on calls are duly recorded by me.
