[Resolved]  BagItToday — Cancellation Request of Product booked online not accepted

Hope that you have fully scrutinized my request since it dates back to 21st September 2012 & that you are reverting on 4th October 2012 that you are unable to cancel the order since it was in process. You have also mentioned the dispatch details on 30th September 2012 which also as per my knowledge falls after 22nd September 2012, day when you have reverted that the order is out of stock & that you have forwarded my query to the operations head & concerned department for my other order.


I have also reverted to cancel order no. [protected] on 23rd September 2012 as per the trail mail then how come you could not notice my request till 30th September 2012.


Urge you not to play fool with customers & that you accept back the product delivered at my place & refund the rupees I have paid for the same.

I am not going to accept the delivery since it was already communicated to you on 23/09/2012 as per the trail mail.





Moreover ensure that my payment for the same gets refunded in today's date only else I will have to take this with the consumer forum.





Kindly treat this as the last reminder wherein the complaint is escalated to you only & urge you to act upon the matter at the earliest & not to compel me to take harsh steps.
