Hi Sir/Mam, This is Ramesh Chandra Roul I have ordered one QT-44 Spice Mobile Set through Bagittoday but they had delivered the wrong mobile set(QT-45). When i called their customer care they are not responding well and forcing me to accept that i have ordered for QT-45 set. Even their behaviour is rude and disconnecting the calls without solving the problem also. My Order Details are : Order Id : [protected] Date : 26.06.2012 Payment Amount : 1098(Through Credit Card) (Mobile Price was mentioned : Rs 999 + Rs 99 Processing Charges) I have gifted that Mobile to one of my relative and now only i came to know about this incident.
