[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Bajaj Allianz never gives Travel Claims

I took a Oversees Policy from Bajaj Allianz. I was traveling from 12th October 2007 to 20th October 2007. My Policy Number was: OG[protected]-00017357. While traveling I happened to meet an accident. Luckily no one was injured but there was damage to the “Rental Car”. I called up Bajaj Allianz Helpline and was told that if it is a rental car, my claims will be reimbursed under “Personal Liability”. The executive was Shoaib and he took all details from me and gave me a ‘Claims Number’: 2611821. I returned to India and submitted all the documents that were requested. Sachin was the person who was in touch with me. On Wednesday 31st October 2007, I got a mail saying that my claims cannot be processed. My simple question to is : “If I’ve to pay to the Rental Car Company oversees, Is it not a “Personal Liability”’ Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

A usual cheating by a mediocre company that loots clients with nice advertisements.I had a similar experience while travelling to USA and the flight was cancelled.Though every aspect and document were proper and legitimate they gave me a Repudiation Letter .The letter itself is uncultured and Bajaj Allianz company do this cheating .Its not a surprise.My claim id is ( OG[protected]-[protected]
