[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz - Capital Unit Gain Size One Policy — Non Receipt of Policy

I have invested in capital unit gain size one policy of Bajaj Allianz through RMP on[protected]Cheque number 994338)from trivandrum, kerala district but till date, I have not received any receipt copy of my money or any policy. I just know my policy number which i got from one of your agents(Policy number: [protected]). I have also made an enquiry at Babaj Allianz office at pune but they are unable to give me any positive response / information. Each person at customer helpline gives some excuses like system is hung or system is busy and sort.
Then i made an enquiry at your trivandrum office. They told me that initially the policy was sent through speed post docket no:1022. This never reached me. I again made a complaint to Trivandrum Bajaj allianz office, then they said it is again sent through registered post RL2044. But still I haven't received anything from your guys. I having been going around post offices to check what is happening and the post master showed me some files from which it is evident that these letters never reached them. Its almost 3 months now and there is no clue till date.
Please do the needful.

This is with reference to your complaint for above mentioned policy number [protected].



We would like to confirm that, the policy has been issued based on the proposal form filled and signed by the policyholder, where you have opted for “Future Secure Size 2” as regular premium and with a frequency selected as yearly, which is a market linked policy and the value of the policy is dependent on the unit prices.



We also want to inform you that as the proposal form was received by you based on which the policy was issued, which was duly accepted and signed by policyholder where you have opted for regular premium not single premium.



Initially in the above mentioned policy the allocation for the first year is 82% and unallocated amount 18% goes towards management expenses and policy procurement charges and the allocation rates for the renewal premium for second year onward is 95% respectively. (For more details refer in policy document).



We want state that as per policy conditions the policy can only be cancelled after payment of minimum three full years’ premiums and the policy should continue three years, if one premium is not paid on the due date the policy will be lapse as mentioned in the policy document.



After verified the matter and want to inform that the policy bonds were dispatched to the mailing address of the policyholder on 21/04/2008 vide RL number EL[protected] IN by Speed Post. We also want to bring to your notice that we have not received it as undelivered.



If the policy holder was not satisfied with the same then he would approached us within the freelook period for refund. Since, the request of cancellation was rejected because the request was received at the office of the company beyond the freelook period after which cancellation cannot be done.



Please find the enclosed copy of the proposal forms filled and signed by you for your reference.



We also want to inform you that the policy is in issued status, so we request the policy holder to continue the policy and enjoy the benefits of the policy.
