[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz / ULIP — Lack of transparency | |||
I am holding 2 policies with Bajaj Allianz, below are the details - 1. Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain), Issued on 14/09/2007 2. Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain), Issued on 20/02/2007 I paid premium of INR 30,000 for 1 policy since inception, Yesterday when i went to check the value of the policy ..I was told that i will get only INR 10,000....... I fail to understand that, despite the fact that Indian stock markets have given phoenomenal returns in last 1-1.5 yrs, How has the value of my policy declined ... I want a clear cut explaination about this from the company.... I must tell everyone , It is one of the worst Insurance companies, and dont buy any ULIP products from this company.... Sir, I have a policy no [protected] . Product no: is 17. I have paid 30000/- on three installments. My policy Commencement Date is[protected]. Now my current statement shows that my balance amount is -437/- Sir i am a poor lady, no one has to hep me. When I agree to take the policy your branch Manager told me that it is a life insurance and the locking period is for three years. Now they told me that my policy has been expier, and my fund value is -437/- where as they had not sent me any statement throughout this years.
