[Resolved] Bajaj Appliance - Electrical Geyser Majesty — Complaint not attended in one week | |||
I purchased Electrical water heater/geyser for which the warrary period expired during october 2010. As a customer I instead of calling a local electrai repairer, lodged a complaint with (Yeskay Enterprises) Bajaj Service Center Tambaram East vide complaint no. 90205 to Ms. Renuka on 8th Feb. Subsequently I again remaineded them on 11th Feb. According to them "it will be attended to day". But" 11th feb, 12th feb, 13th (sunday) 14th feb passed and I again called them 15th they chanted the same "it will be attended today in the morning" when the time was half day passed i.e 11.30 am. How lethorgic working/service condition is given by Bajaj itis really pity and pathetic. The Service staff is giving such irresponsible reply to the consumers and there by enforcing a bad impression to the consumers of such company of national repute. We are also one of the dealers of Bajaj Products. I bother if this is the state of affairs for dealer and what will be for ordinary customer/consumer.
