I am suffering in the hands of Bajaj Auto since the last one month, have been delivered a defective Pulsar 220F by Sai Service, Lower Parel, Mumbai. The bike has excessive vibrations and it heats up a lot. Bajaj Auto engineer refuses to acknowledge the defects in the bike. As per Bajaj Auto, the bike is just fine. There are many complaints of the Pulsar 220F, none solved by Bajaj Auto. Owners silently suffer at the hands of a company selling sub-par quality products. Even hiring a lawyer and fighting it out in Consumer Court is difficult as the lawyer charges a hefty fee. Hope the company shuts down someday and people like Mr. Santosh Ayachit (Service Engineer, Bajaj, Pune) lose their job for cheating customers.
