sir,
i failed to pay an EMI of one month OF NOVEMBER 2012, the executive called me and said he would collect it personally,but i said
i'll pay the entire balance{including future installments}.then the manager of BAFL jp nagar branch Mr.VINOD called me and demanded the november month installment,even after my repeated request that i'll pay the total EMI's, suddenly he started talking in abusive language.
I DONT KNOW WHERE DID I GO WRONG IN THIS?
the balance payment is of one month but i said i'll pay the future EMI's also even then also this guy used such a language that its shame on BAFL
this kind of person never deserve this kind of post in such a reputed company.
