Dear Sir / Madam i am customer of bajaj two wheelr purcage 28 august 2010 bajaj discover 100cc in hind moter mohali phase 2 i take the bike for service 11 june 2011 1st paid service deler not attand me ana after service my bike problam is same and i goingworkshop 13 june 2011 ur service addviger again extra cost me plese you take action thankyou my bike number is ch 01 af 3564 shiv nath tiwari add 1490 sec 45 chandigarh my contact num [protected] [protected]
i am murthy b.v.v bought my pulsar 150 at DJM MOTORS, rajahmundry, andhra pradesh . i was facing problem with my bike service every time i give it, from first service i was unsatisfied with their service. recently i gave my bike for my 2nd paid service to check my bike and do service for the required in which i was charged rs.693(six hundred and minty three) for complaints for the below mentioned. paid service-250 rs engine oil-260rs polish-20rs swing arm greasing-100rs spring switch break-3rs seal oil-19rs non tax-22rs misc charges 40rs i paid the cash of amount 693.rs to DJM MOTOR, RAJAHMUNDRY. for their service under job no.008118 and issue no.015261on[protected] later again i faced the problem with my bike, the whole petrol was leaked out and i was stooped in my way 5KMs from my town. i was helpless and was made to push my bike all the way. next day i took my bike to the DJM MOTORS where i got my service on 013. they did a quick repair and gave my bike . but i was unsatisfied with them. again my bike started to trouble me by stopping and making different sounds i gave my bike again on[protected] and received it on[protected]today) my bike was kept for more than 6 long days with them and i was billed amount for new complaints and spares like cone kit, fork bend, chain kit, holder fork, coupling rubber, lever for cl-swit and others and billed me rs.2500 under job no.008451. when i went to service manager i got a very irrespective behaviour from him. i asked him why i was not done a genuine service when i gave for my 2nd paid service 20 days ago? why these complaints were not resolved before when i gave for 2nd paid service. why my bike was kept for more than 6days in showroom? i also asked for the complaint book to write my complaint but the staff was no responsible with me. so i was complaining in indian consumer complaint. as i face loss of time without my bike, loss of my peace of mind due to the unsatisfactory service. i need to get my genuine service free of cost immediately, claim my money back of 3000rs for torture and lack of peace. i want a desired punishment for the staff toward their behaviour.

Bajaj auto motors — Bike service
I had a sound coming from my Pulsar 150 cc bike. When I approached the Bajaj authorised service station regarding the problem, I was advised that there was a major problem with my engine…funny thing they informed that I had not changed the enginer oil on time. It was hardly 2480 kilometers since I changed the engine oil at the same service station.When I contacted Bajaj customer service through their helpline, I was confirmed that it is enough that the engine oil is changed once in 5000 kms and if it is Bajaj oil then it can be changed once in 10000 kms. When I raised a complaint to Bajaj, the complaint was directed to the same service station who informed me that it was normal wear and tear problem. Some other person stated that the engine oil could have been consumed due to the heavey traffic in Bangalore (I have been riding her for the last three years and never had any complaint !!!!!!). Some other person said that you should have changed the piston after 33 thousand kms.
All I can imagine is that the service station is trying to close the complaint by providing some stupid reasons. Can anyone help me to pursue this complaint further. You can email me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in
