I PURCHASED A BIKE FROM BAJAJ AUTO LTD THROUGH THEIR AUTHORISED DEALER GAUTAM BAJAJ AUTO LTD , TILAK NAGAR , DELHI VIDE BIKE REGN NO DL 4S BC 8403 IN THE NAME OF POOJA JARAUT DATED ON 22.11.2009 . THIS BIKE IS CREATING PROBLEMS WITH INA WEEK OF PURCHASE. I HAVE INTEEMATED TO THE DEALER FROM WHERE I PURCHASED. SO FAR I HAVE REPAIRED & SERVICED WITH THEIR AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION ONLY BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO DETECT THE FAULT & THEY HAVE OPENED ITS ENGINE & CHANGED ITS PISTON WITH IN THREE MONTHS BUT THE RESULT IS NOTHING. nOW THE BIKE LYING AT BAJAJ SERVICE STATION, MAYAPURI FROM 19.04.2010. I HAVE ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE VIDE NO 23432 DATED ON 19.04.2010 & REGULARLY REMIND THEM ABOUT ITS STATUS . ALL TIME THEY JUST REPLY THAT THEIR ESECUTIVE WILL SHORTLY TOUCH ME BUT ONLY . THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY. NO BODY TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO SORT IT OUT. SO FAR I HAVE PAID THEM HUGE BILL ON REPARING NOW I AM FED UP WITH THIS & I DON'T WANT TO DO ANY MORE EXPENSES ON THIS NEW BIKE.
kINDLY HELP ME THEY ARE NOT LISTENING MY COMPLAINT.

Bajaj — replacement of the bike
when the bike was delivered on the 1st day,the meter was not working they told us that it is for r.t.o checking but when i took the bike to connect the meter they told me that it's a default meter,the meter is dead...they repaired it and gave it but then the problem started again and again...then whenever we start our bike a huge crackling sound occurs......and the average of the bike is not more than 20...its better to take a car...then after the 2 services of the bike the problem was solved only for some days but now it has started again.now my bike is totally dead its not getting started.....since we are using the bajaj scooter from 30yrs....we have not got such a bad service what we are getting for this bike....we are totally unsatisfied with this bike....we need a total replacement.......or else i have to talk to the more senior person......
