[Resolved] Bajaj Ceiling Fans — fan makes a continuous noise, complaint not attended by service centre of the company for more than 3 months | |||
I purchased a Bajaj ceiling fan from a well reputed shop, within three months it started giving noise, on repeated complaints for over 2 months the company sent some service technician, who could hardly do anything, so through the the shop person I got the fan replaced since it was under warranty. this peice was also defective and the same noise started, it increased day by day. the service centre attended by some stupid girls, who donot even know to attend complaints, daily ask for the same info, & nothing is done for over six months, now they say the fan is out of warranty and nothing can be done, if you want get it repaired through some local electrician. this is the reputation of a company like BAJAJ FANS. the worst of worst managed company, no professionalism, no ethics of after sales services etc. after all its the CEO & the owner who is responsible, who has to cheat common man for running the bussiness. Bajaj Ceiling Fan — not attending service
I lodged a complaint (58776) on 28th March 2011. Despite of my calling about the complaint no. 58776 every day, the Bajaj company is not repairing my ceiling fan. It's been about a month that BAJAJ every day promises to attend my complaint, but they have not yet attended it.
