[Resolved]  Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Cooler DC 2015 not working and repaired 4 times

Hi Bajaj, This is to inform you that my bajaj cooler is not working properly. I have raised complaints 4 times but seems like the problem is coming again and again. Earlier, the water inlet was leeking, then after few days the motor got down and it was replaced and soon after 4 - 5 days it went down again. It was fixed and soon after that it went down and now it is not at all working Seems like a defective piece sold to me...I have again registered a complaint in customer service but nobody bothered to visit and fix it. I have lost all the summer time without using it. I have filed several complaints but nobody is ready to listen. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would not recommend Bajaj Products to any one. Now I request you to refund my money as I am not goind to tolerate all the pain me and my family had. Already a lot of time is wasted and there is no use of this non-working cooler. Hope to see a positive response Model number: DC 2015, Purchased on April 2013 One of My Complaint number: 2979262
