I have purchased Bajaj Majesty Induction Cooker icx7 on 11/11/2012 (Sr No M200 ICX7 [protected]) with one year warranty.In July 13, 2013 I have file complaint with Bajaj Electrical service centre Pune (Complaint No:[protected] as cooker stopped working. I have been following up with service centre for last one month rigorously but no service executive turned up yet. Even he once come on 17th July to our home without intimation to us and closed the complaint stating"customer not at home". The follow up process is really frustrating as customer care executive keep on giving false promises. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
