After Warranty period, I have given my Bajaj Kettle 1.7 Ltr (Water Hitter) to Jay Services, Curry Road, Mumbai -12 for repair in the month of Apr 13 and the charges of Rs.350/- charged by them but after 01 month the product was not working. Again I given the same product to Jay Services for repair on 16 Aug 13 and they charged Rs.350/-.
After repair, I received the product with in one week but after one day product was not working. I again gone to Jay Service centre and submit the same product to them for repair my Service Request ID No. 2337 dated 24 Aug 13, they told me that they will give my product to me with in two days but till to date (17 Sep 13), i have not received my product and not any call from Jay Services.
The way they repairing the product is very poor show and unnecessarily harassment to their customers, who believe in the brand name of Bajaj. Was this information helpful? |
