Reff to the above loan account, Jan,2010 EMI was Not deducted till now,My PDC dates are 21 st of every month, can i know the status please

this is not a complaint i need help i took bajaj discovery 135cc from bajaj finance on 2007 december i paid 11500 down payment and montly emi is 2300/- for two years from last six months i was not in a position to pay emi because of my job was gone last six months back. from that i was not paying any emi to the bank today bajaj finance recovery people came and took the bike says that 20, 000 pending from your end so we are going to sieze the vehicle if you are not to pay within 8 days . so please help me in this regard how i can collect my bike back from them. Is there any procedure

Bajajfinance/consumer products — Double installment paid for month of march 2010

I request u to pl. take a notice regarding my consumer Loan A/C nos.4180CD00010993, 4180CD00010992, 4180CD00010990, for these loans i have given ECS facility from my bank of baroda A/C no.[protected] from which ECS is regularly debited by you but in march 2010 for some reason your ECS was returned. On 12th March i have a call frm your company regarding ECS return So he told me to pay cash So I said him to collect cash from my above add. at whatever time they want. Executive came 0n 15 march 2010 & I paid him cash Rs.1242 Receipt no:00708197, Rs.1692Receiptno:00708198 & Rs.1692 Receipt no :00708199 respectively. Therafter again on 17 march ECS was debited for same From my above mentioned A/C For Rs.4770.00 So i request u to pl. take anote of these and Refund me the amount of Rs.4770.00 By crediting My above mentioned A/C as early or mail me the Proccess of Refund

Bajaj Finance — address problem

i have complaint related my adress my loan number is ( L2WPUN[protected] SO PLZ HELP ME TO CHANGE ADRESS

Even I had the same issue..! I have given 16 cheque leaves while taking my Pulsar 150 in March 2011. Till Dec 2011, they have presented the cheques correctly, but in Jan 2012, they have not deducted the money through cheque. They were calling me and forcing me to make the cash payment, that too in a very bad manner ! Its all about their mistake, but they are asking for the cash payment in a very bad tone, as if I have done some mistake..!! Strange..!!

i have given full and final payment of my motorcycle...pulsar...to bajaj by demand draft ...on 24th november 2010 ant till today i have not get the noc ...and they promised me to give the noc in 21 days after paying the amount...and two years have been passed they have not given any thing instead of abbusing on phone...and asking for money ...plzzzzz solve this problem ...ch :ompal from tughalkabad

I regretfully beg to inform that in the month of JULY, 2007 I had purchased a Laptop through Bajaj Finance.

As per the norms of the Comnpany I had deposited 24 (Twentyfour) Cheque Leaves amounting to Rs.1894/= each and Serial Numbers of the cheques are from 084828 to 084840 and 090501 to 090511.

But after a long pause of time one of the agents contacted me and told me that I haven't completed my EMI and my name is in the defaulters' list.

I, therefore, would like to know more in this regard.

Bajaj Finserv Lending - Change of EMI date on Bajaj Fin Serv Loan account number:- 5770CD02010911

To day i foreclosure my personal loan agreement no.-4100PL03786556 to Bajaj Finance Ltd at Rasbehari Avenue office. The customer care executive told if i give full payment then the total amount will be given Rs.135662.00.with 3 days extra interest if i pay by cheque. I paid full payment as per his demand by cheque no.-160180 o[censored]BI Taratala Br. but he give me two receipts without inform me (i[protected] amount Rs. 4229.00 (ii[protected] amount Rs. 131433.00 for Loan foreclosure. But the no. (i) amount Rs. 4229.00 for what they cannot clarify to me. Only they told me the total amount of Rs. 135662.00 which i paid. I think they cheated me as not to clarify the two types of amount. Please take some necessary action to refund my amount which is hidden cost.
