We, Chandan Electronics, Gandhinagar are associated with Bajaj Finance since long time.

But after many followups, we are sorry to inform you that the below mentioned case in not resolved yet.

Customer Name :- Raish Ahmed Mansuri
Address :- 522/1, sector- 6/B, Gandhinagar.

It was finance for 5 installments. 4 installments cheque are already being cleared and deposited on regular basis by Bajaj Finance. But still disbursement of our amount is not being cleared yet.

If finance is not done ok than why the company has deposited the cheque and if it is ok than we should be given disbursement of the amount.

Kindly do the needful in urgent basis.

this is really hard to deal when bajaj finance has monopoly in the market.
i have been the customer almost 1year. i havebought hp laptop and later part of the year i asked to change the Direct debit in April or may of 2009.. i went my self to change the Direct debit but they not interested to entertain me. so i left it as it is. now every month my cheque from SBI account is reverted because the account has been closed and they mark me as insufficent fund.i have 3 EMI pending which i am ready to pay but manager at Aundh pune office is not interested to give me the due certifuicate unless i dont pay the extra charges occured aproxmately INR 2600..for non sufficient fund..my argument is to get that waived and i pay the whole amount and i should get the due clearance...kindly help me put..Arunkumar pandey

I Have taken vehicle loan from Bajaj Finance (offered by showroom executive Popular Bajaj-Kormangla, bangalore) and also i have paid all installments on time as payment mode was ECS. As per the Bajaj Finance document loan was terminated on 16/06/2007.

But i have not received my NOC till date (03/03/2009) according to BF they have mailed NOC but i was not present at the address, but they dont have any proof for courier document (AIRWAY No or and supporting tracking no.) I have visited BF branch 4 times 2 times they dont have NOC letter head (this was mentioned by executive and BF office in Malleshwaram). On my 3rd visit (14/02/2009) on meeting with manager he (R.Harsha) mentioned that they dont have NOC BF have to get it from there Pune H.O. He created a Complaint (# BB0409 or # BBO409) and mention 03/03/09 as next visit /contact date. On visiting this date (today) he say that they have not received documents so please visit on 16/03/2009.

my loan is cleared 1.5 years back, paid all amount in due time. what do BFAL expect more so that they can provide me with NOC.

I can see several complaints (45 in number) regarding BFAL on this forum. is anyone from BFAL really noticing these complaints and acting according.

I am one of your customer up to last year.I bought a motor bike (Bajaj Discover 135 CC) from your finance in Nagercoil, Tamilnadu.My dues are finish last march.As per your agreement, your agreement said, after finishig all the dues, we are retun back all the original document to the customer with in 45 days.But almost 240 days are finished my Original document or duplicat document N O C is not yet releiced from your branch up to now.If i asked they are telling the stories.Today also I went they are given me a toll free no to talk direct they are sending you.I called many times that no is not working.Baja Company is a big company.You dont spoil the name.MACCOUNT NO[protected]
I paid all the dues correct date
One due also not missind any date I request you kindly relese my NOC
I want to resell my bike

I am in need of an urgent help from Baroda Bajaj Finance. I had taken my Discover 135 from AS Motors, Chhani road, Baroda. There was a loan for ~42000 rupees and I closed it in 11 months EMI (closed by November 2008). The thing is that I haven’t received any NOC except RC book when loan closed.

I contacted the Bajaj Finance office in Fatehgunj, Baroda. They are giving me surety to release NoC withing 8 days, But still Date I am not received anything from them. When I try to contact via phone the executive always say that we are check and back to you.

Now I am tried to follow up. I need Solution on NOC.

I am in need of an urgent help from Bangalore Bajaj Finance. I had taken my Pulsar 150 from Amba Bajaj, Hosur Road, Bangalore. There was a loan for 30000 rupees and I closed it in 10 months time (closed by March 2006). It was from Bajaj Finance. The thing is that I haven’t received any NOC when I closed the loan. Now I have already sold the bike and when that guy tried to change the documents into his name, he is facing problems as this loan thing is there in the RC book. I need the NOC for the completion of loan from Bajaj Finance so that I can send it to the guy who bought the bike.

I tried to contact the Bajaj Finance office in Malleswaram, Bangalore. But the land line number they have given is always busy or cannot be reached 99% of the time. Once when the luck favored me I got the number and got one Ms. Sandhya over the phone and told her the concern (this was way back in July). She had told me that it is possible to issue a duplicate NOC in 15 days time and I can collect it or if I authorize someone they can collect it on my behalf. But till now I have not received anything. Every time I try to contact I am not able to reach them. Finally last Saturday my two friends in Bangalore somehow found out this office and went there to check the status of the application. They were really shocked to see the attitude of the personnel there. They were not even allowed to contact anyone at the office and the person at the gate was not even willing to give any contact number or even let them into the office. He gave the reply that this is an office which doesn’t have a contact number. This is not at all believable as I can’t imagine a Bajaj office without a contact number. Please keep in mind the fact that I am now permanently posted in Trivandrum and it is practically impossible for me to go to Bangalore and check the status of the same now and then. Hence I am really dependent on my friends to get it and I am putting them in an embarrassing situation.

I had taken a Desktop PC. Bajaj Finance had financed it and EMI was Rs3017/month
In the process of regitsering my request for auto debit via ECS of this amount they
have created 2 transcations of ECS instead of one and as a result Rs3017 got dedcuted
twice from my bank account.

I want them to cancell one of these transaction since it is duplicate of actual one.

This is sheer negligence from their side and as a result of this my one more loan EMI which was supposed to get deducted on same day got bounced due to lack of funds and i lost Rs200

I had called up and even visted to customer care office of Bajaj Finance i malleshwaram, bangalore.Customer service people as well as people working over there have no sense of responsibility

They dont pick calls ( for your information giving numbers[protected],[protected] and even when they pick calls without listening to request calls get disconnected.

If my problem does not get resolved as soon as possible i am goin to file a complaint against Bajaj Finance and will may them pay for it . This has been my worst ever customer service interaction so far.

when i went to office i found 50% of people were not in seats and were not working instead they were sitting and chatting, browsing and reading newspaper.

I want someone to take strict action against these people who are making public suffer
because of their negligence to work.

I had taken a product loan on dec-2007, the EMI amount will be Rs.4592/- per month, 8 months installments. The installment is started first cheque 05/12/07 and last cheque date 05/07/08. As per my knowledge my total installments is cleared before 6 months.

last Sunday i.e dated 11/01/2009 apply for new product loan (split a/c) from TMC malakpet the application status is rejected. What is the actual problem, u r executive told me arrears is pending. How it is possible i already given total 8 post dated cheques, i[censored] r not produced in the bank i am not the responsible that reason. I am not received any letter, any phone call from u r side regarding these pending arrears, why u r rejected my new loan application. u r insulting me and my profile, I will take serious action for this issue.

Bajaj — NOC is not being issued

I have cleared Bajaj Autofinance loan by dated: 27/5/09 for the Bike I took on the Proposal # 66590.
I have been contacting customer care to get the NOC for the loan clearance.

I was vexed up by the responses given by them, no one take the responsibility of that. If some one can help from Bajaj officials would be very appreciated.

I had paid downment of 36000 for bajaj pulsar bike 150cc, as I have paid 1944 for 10 months and I have still 20 months. The price of the bike is 76000. So I am ready to make full settlement of the loan. So I am not getting proper information from the amba bajaj finance ltd.

Sir, I m Rekha Jain A/O B.S.N.L and i had bought a compaq notebook(Iaptop) from Computerland Vikas marg Shakarpur Delhi 92.I had taken a finance From Bajaj Finance comp.They have taken a security amount of Rs 8, 000 as a part of refundable security.They told us That after the completition of the tenure if finance amount they will return us the money.The tenure of the Installments ends on the august month of 2008 but till now they hadnt refund us the money.when we contact them they told us to reach to their office near Agrasen hospital In Punjabi bagh.We went there on 27th of Nov 2008 and there they told us that they had registered our complaint and within 20 days they will return the money.its been 3 months since then but they hadnt return our money.when we contact their representatives and even the computer store No one is ready to give us a satisfactory response.Finally I had to come at the door steps of consumer forum to seek justice.Hope i will get benefitted from here.thanking you!!

Bajaj Finance Laptop Loan — Security deposit not received since 1 year

I took a laptop loan against proposal # 72533. After it got completed last year in Aug, I am still awaiting my security deposit of Rs. 4500 return from Bajaj. After so many follow ups, I am not getting proper response.

I think I should go to consumer forum now.

I am Ritesh kumar. I have purchased bike throgh bajaj finance. but after 3 month my bike got theft. so i claimed for insurance, they have given a cheque for claim in favour of bajaj finance. But now bajaj finance not giving my refund money. Even thier employees MISS MINAKSHI MATHUR AND MR. PARMJEET from NARAYANA OFFICE DELHI behave very rude. They don't even know how to talk with a client. If employee like these remain in Bajaj offices, then company will not remain longer in the market. Please take necessary action against employees of Narayana office delhi and refund my amount.

we had taken an AC from vijay sales and have made approx 50% of the price and chose EMI option through ECS for the rest 50%
The EMI was for 6 month, the first staring in July 2008..but unfortunately the same is being continued and the EMI amount was deducted in Feb 2009 as well.

We are not getting any satisfactorily response from the representatives at Vijay sales from bajaj finance

I have two cunsumer loan accounts with Bajaj Finance and the EMI's for the loan account hit my savings bank account on the 10th of every month. My savings bank account, is nomore active now as it was a salary account, so to avoide the ECS bounce, I pay the EMI on the 1st of every month.

I am disappointed because I had visited Bajaj Finance's Pune (Wakdewadi) Recovery office on the 31st of January 2009 as the 1st of February 2009 was falling on Sunday. I was advised that the office is now shifted from Wakdewadi to Aundh (approx 18 kms from the place I stay) hence I requesed the attendent to send an executive to my residential address so that he person can collect the EMI.

After waiting for 4 days I was advised by Rahul that I need to still visit the Aundh Branch and pay cash EMIs as Bajaj Finance does not have the cheque collection service or Cheque drop box. I was also informed that I will now have to pay the EMI after the 10th of February 2009 along with the cheque bounce charges.

Can someone please explain why do I need to pay the cheque bounce charges when I am chasing your company to collect the EMI from me from the 31st of January 2009 onwards. Right from day one I have faced a poor service from Bajaj Finance collection office, people working at their office are uneducated and do nat have a proper way of speaking to the customer.

To resolve the problem I would appreciate your reply in return. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem as early as possible.

i finance my Bike Discover 135 from bajaj auto Solan (Himachal Pradesh). on EMI 2250/month. starting from 17th May, 2007. my all payments in time and now when i go for yhe Bank statement then i found that my last check is not withral till (21/02/09). my all check got withal on 20th of every month.. so kindly tell me the status of my payment... now if my check got bounce in next month then u can't blame on me.. so kindly tell me the exect status of my account or balance as soon as possible..

i am also interested to know how to collect the 2nd Key which i deposited in your office while i finance the bike.. and how to got the NOC.. which documents i have to produce in front of Bajaj Auto SOLAN (h.p).

i also submit a check in ur office for the insurance.. but from your side i got a very bad responce. you inform me that you are not dealing with insurance. i got this information after 2 months later from my last date of Bike insurance. so tell me what i can accept from yau...

I reguest you to stop illegal deduction from my HDFC account or else I will have to take some legal action against bajaj. My emi gets deducted every 5th so why the hell it gets deducted again on 10 or 11 again. I dont keep money in my account and for no reason I pay 200 fine every month now, this is happening since 3 months now. Subject: Unexpected & undue harassment and abuse by staff for a rightful service requested by me at Bajaj Finance.
Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing this mail in terrible disbelief that the prestigious reputation of Bajaj can be so easily tarnished by some of absolutely ill behaved and unprofessional staff at one of Bajaj Finance outlets in Delhi.
Please take note that this disgusting incident has happened to me despite my up to date full & final payments about the service availed by me. So, ironically, even the case of non payments leading to unruly behavior by recovery agents does not apply here and still I was humiliated by them.
All I had requested was the original bill of my Lenovo laptop which I had purchased on 50% down payment and the rest amount financed by Bajaj Finance with reference to Proposal number:- 184218, dated 09/02/08.
Now find below the disgusting sequence of events that has forced me to be seriously doubtful about any product or service of Bajaj:
1. I called up the concerned person Ms Sadma for guidance on how to get the original bill since I have made full and final payments.
2. Ms Sadma asked me to go to Bajaj Finance office at Rohtak Road, opp Maharajaagrasen Hosp., New Delhi as I went there all the way from Katwaria Sarai, which is appx 18 km(oneway) the reception out rightly denied that there is anything like original bill, instead they said that only a statement can be given.
3. I called Ms Sadma again and she insisted that I should contact Mr Sachin Panwar([protected]) at the same office and he would provide me the bill.
4. I waited for Mr Sachin Panwar for about 25 minutes and then he came out and said he is going out so I should contact Mr Yogesh Sharma at the same office. Again after some wait Mr Yogesh Sharma came out and without listening to me just sent across a message that he is going to a meeting and will take at least one hour.
5. After wasting so much of time and effort without any result, I called up Ms Sadma again and now she stopped taking the call despite repeated attempts she did not pick my call while regularly took calls of others.
6. Obviously I lost my patience and asked for details of Mr Sachin & Mr Yogesh so that I could make a complaint, instead, Mr Sachin came out and started using foul and abusive language . He even asked me to go to police station or anywhere and he would not care. In fact he started threatening me like a criminal.
Now if an up to date customer gets such treatment at Bajaj outlet without even a reason then I feel sorry for the reputed name of this prestigious company.
However, as a rightful consumer I make a sincere demand that the matter be investigated, verified and action be taken against the culprits at your organizational level with due communication to me, otherwise I will have no option but to go to the consumer forum or any other valid authority.
I still hope that my interest and Bajaj`s reputation will not be compromised in the hands of a few ill behaved arrogant hooligans.

I have taken a lenovo laptop from Bajaj finance and for which I have to pay 3917/- per month dated on 5th from Dec 08 to 8 months. I paid through ECS on 5th dec & the ECS come to my acct 3 times in Jan. From which on 5th the ECS got cleared and rest 2 bounced for insufficient fund for which ICICI charged me 281/- twice. I have taken the mobile no. of staff to contact from agent and they picked up the phone and handover each other without taking my problem seriously and finally someone told me send your bank statement to my email id. I told him to send his email id into my mobile or my email id but not getting any respose. I am really harrased so much don't know what to do if they send such type of ECS to my acct regularly...

Hi,

This is to bring to your kind notice about your recovery agent’s behavior against the recovery of installment payment for the bike loan, which was publicized by him in morning on phone. Today morning I received a call from your agent Mr. Gopal who asked about due payment of my last two installments of bike which I have got financed from Bajaj auto in September-2007 in abusive and insulting manner. I have told him about these two installments were pending due to bouncing of cheque. The reason of cheque bouncing as per your agent was insufficient balance in my account. However, when I have checked my bank statement and found that cheque was placed six months before their due dates. Both of you have accepted that these cheque had bounced because of your company’s mistake. In spite of the fact I am ready to give cash payment against N.O.C and bounced cheque. But the offensive approach is absolutely intolerable.

Again I would like to tell you that I will definitely give the payment of due EMIs in replace of action against Mr. Gopal (Ph-[protected]) and this action should be measurable against him & my bounced cheque N.O.C also. There was no mistake from my side you have rectified the same. The matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible or else I have to go for consumer court’s decision.

Today just now I received call from Bajaj Finance Pune Office Phone # 30588324 asking for some payment balance, which I am not aware as balance to be paid.

On asking for more details, the lady on the phone demanded that I should visit to their office for details. (Tumko Bajaj Office me ana padega!). When I said that without details of what is the due, how they expect me to visit their office, she directly started shouting and abusing with words like Bhikari, paise deneka aukad nahi etc.

When I cut the phone, she called me 5 times and used more abusive language like Kutte, Kamine etc. Also said that Bajaj has so much money that they can buy police and judiciary and trap me.

I am shocked and surprised with this.

Don't know what can be done on this issue.

First of all I am very thankful to BAFL for providing me a Finance support.

And this mail request regard to obtain a No Due Letter from BAFL to me because of I have already paid full and final EMI's of Loan amount including all sort of charges as they have debited on my account.
I went to BAFL regional office located at Tarnaka, Secunderabad on 11.04.2009 and took the Statement of Account which consists of 4 pages (Account statement from 11.04.2006 to 11.04.2009 and is clearly mentioned that
the total due is Rs.4, 880/- after all queries solved with the office with the Regional Branch Manager, and this full and final amount of Rs.4, 880/- was paid on 11.04.09 and obtained receipt#00159714
with an obligation of giving the No Due Letter or Certificate from BAFL to me in a period of 1 month from the date of receipt.

But till date (14.05.09) i have not received any sort of letter to my mailing address and I have called several times to BAFL Regional Office and Also 2 times went personally to obtain the NOC but no one is responding
properly and instead they are telling that it will come directly from Head office located at Pune to my mailing address., Therefore I am humbly requesting you to provide me such No Due Letter to my mailing
address and also please send a scan copy on your letter head to my email id will be very grateful of you, because Now I am applying to another loan as they were asking the NOC's from my existing or previous closure of Loanable
Institutions.

I hope atleast my email will get a possitive and valid reply at the earliest.

The above comlaints against the Bajaj Finance is aboutly correct and true. I suffered a lot from Bajaj Finance. From January to May, they just asked money for the loan which had taken for purchase of Microwave Oven which completed in the month of January. Inspite of looking at the books of accounts and reconciliation of the accounts, they just repeatadely asking for the money. I handed over thrice all the papers to them to facilitate in the matter, but till today they never put forward the matter to their superior.

I have financed a motorcycle Discover DTS-I from bajaj finance in the month of OCT 2007 From Firozabad (UP) .My bike is in the name of myself (Rajat Jain).
I paid 11 cheques to the company. Company presented 9 cheques and they became cleared. But company lost my two cheques so they were not presented on the bank. I want to make the payment to the company in cash too. Many a agent came to me to ask for payment but I refused to pay without giving me any reasons for my cheques. I am ready to pay but company is not giving me any particular reason for my cheques. Some agents says that my cheques are lost, some says dishonoured.
If the cheques are lost, I need the copy of FIR.
If the cheques are dishonoured, I need the slip of dishonoured.
My bank statement hasn't any entry for dishonoured case.
If compant pays me 220/- for stoping the payment for cheques, I can give him new dated cheques.
But the collection office of AGRA (UP) couldn't response me for this case solution.
So I request you please take the payment with legal formalities. Thanks

I have already contacted the Nagercoil branch officer and petitioned about this to him, but there is no response from them. So I directly made a complaint to the head office at Pune through telephone. They said to me that they had contacted the Nagercoil branch and they had send my insurance copy through fax on[protected]. So I went to the Nagercoil office and asked about my insurance paper but they said that "They had a call from the head office that they will send a fax of your insurance copy on that evening but they didn't send what we can do?". Sir kindly take this as not a complaint take it as my greatest request and take immediate action for getting my insurance paper.

I am also one of the victim of Bajaj Finacne Ltd as I have also purchased one Motor Bike (XCD) from RC Bajaj, Bareilly in Jan 2008 through finance from Bajaj Finance Ltd. I have also given 19 cheques (18 towards EMI of Rs.1439/- and 1 for insurance renewal).

Earlier Bajaj Finance Ltd was having their own office in Bareilly, which was shut down and they have assigned the task of collection to one of the private agency in Bareilly (Room No.129, Ratandeep Complex, Bareilly). This office is also have contract from few more agencies for their collection.

Since Jan 2009, I am receiving regular call from above office, stating that few installments are still pending. Please come to my office and make the payment. But this office do not have any record of non payment of instalment.

I have also told them to talk to me, only when you have some documentary evidence of non payment of my cheques, but so far they are unable to produce any supporting document which shows the outstanding amount.

However, the staff of above office is still calling on my mobile for asking the outstanding dues.

I am surprised, that BAJAJ FINANCE LTD, a reputed auto finance company have appointed such stupid collection office in all over India, who ultimately spoiling the goodwill of the company. I even do not know, whether the finance managers/controllers of the company are no looking into matter.

I hope, by way of this comment the Bajaj Finance Ltd will look into the matter and try to terminate the contract from local collection office, who are not matured in this profession.

I am Ajit Saxena, I took a bike ( Platina) through finance amounting around Rs. 21000/- I deposited a cheque of same amount for EMIs & done all the formalities as required. After some time a message form your company received that your cheque is related with Extension counter, there is a problem to clear form the bank, so either u have to pay EMIs in cash or u deposit PDCs. Ist 2 installments I paid EMIs in cahs & later on I submitted required EMIs. After a long period I ask to return my previous Cheque amouting to Rs. 21000/-, ur branch Manager & other relevant employees assured me very soon u will get the same. It is great regret to inform you that I made several telephone call to your PUNE Office, more than 3 times I talk with Mr. GAGAN, Ur Executive for the same purpose. My loan has been completed before one year & till now no one has taken in this regard. It is strange to inform u that instead of taking PDCs in advance, ur branch has FORCEDLY TAKEN one month ( June-July, 08) EMI in cash, saying that the that's month PDC has been misplaced. When I asked how it is possible, u have not return my previous cheque ( around Rs. 21000/-) and again u have taken PDCs against the same. Please check, but Mr. Mathur, Branch Manager behave unmannered. I requested several time for my NOC., but still the request is pending.
Therefore u r requested to kindly look into the matter. during the same period I have received more that 5 messages from your company for taking loan as we prove good customer in your good book.

As I saw your complaints I came to know this call is from bajaj allianz and realized that they might have called for renewal of my bike insurance. It is duty of bajaj allianze people to remaind renewal of insurance policy but it has to be ended up over here. They should not keep calling again and again for renewal as it is left to consumers whether they may go with same company for renewal or may be with other company.

Customer Visit to Cash Counter Cashier Said tell me UR A/c No i[censored] do not have A/c no plz dont stop here server is slow. i[censored] want ur details plz wait 15tn min that time i'm wait 15tn min but he tell me only your emi pending is 11 alreday i know my pending emi 11. i[censored] want 4th closer u come on date 11th to 15th or call this no [protected]/8717. when i call this no this no Busy...Busy. second time i'm dile ring is going but not recived any one employee time 3.34 as on 13th June.11. i'm try this no withden ten min both no after one call recived security officer tell me plz wait five min and call later alreday i'm tring this no last ten min. THE REQUIRED PAPERS WERE SUBMITTED TO THE DEALER (M/S SAMEER INFOTECH, M-2 KRISHNA COMPLEX, OPP. SHEETAL PHOTO STUDIO, GAS CIRCLE, SURAT, GUJARAT).

i have purchased Pulsar 180CC through Bajaj finance due to some problem i was enable to clear amount due to which i my bike got seized. after that we have cleared the amount. but to my wonder when i went to take my bike i saw that all the part of bikes are missing when asked to the Asst manager. Mr. Shekar he says that they are not responsible for anything we have to cordinate with the agency people and also threatend me. and aksing me to prove that bajaj has stolen the part. if such big companies start doing like this that what about the small companies. i have sent fax and made calls to pune office also. but there is no response. i request to bajaj finance to look into the matter as i am not getting response from any one neither from head office nor from hyderabad branch office. and more over they people are threating us.

As discussed with Mr Sudhir (Shiva Bajaj-Sahibabad)he has stands his hands.

He has denied for repay the amount for the replacement of the piston but when I was replacing my bike's piston at my local workshop on 28th June 2009, I had word with Mr Anil Aggarwal(Area Manager Western U.P.)that due to missbehaviour of Mr Sudhir I am replacing my bike's piston & valve who will be responsible for repay this repairing amount.Mr Anil had commitied to me if piston will replace we will repay to you entire repairing amount.

As discussed with Mr sudhir on 04th July 2009 at 5:00 PM he was saying you have changed the piston at your local workshop we will not repay to you the amount & only for piston there is no chance for repay the amount.

Please clarify the same & repay my expensis otherwise I will go to consumer court finally.

My Loan A/c 189713 as I finance a laptop from Bajaj through ECS of 1250 per month from April 08. It has been returned by my bank ABN Amro stating Mandate not received. I have incurred bank charges because of this despite amount available in my account. It is going on and on every month. I asked bajaj to provide me a copy of ECS madate accepted by ABN but they fail to provide me any. They have resubmitted ECS mandate to ABN again in November 08 but it has been rejected again. As a result I have incurred bank charges twice a month now. Bajaj is saying they have submitted ECS in ABN and ABN says they have not received any so far. No substantial reply is given to me. This problem now shape in a big problem. It seems ABN and Bajaj fighting with each other and its me who is paying the price without any fault. Who is responsible for my bank charges. I have emailed my concern so many times but nothing seems working for me. Please would you tell me what should I do now. Shall I consider this as a biggest mistake of my life to get laptop finance from Bajaj.

Please help me out as I am sick and tired because of it.
