Respected sir, I AMIR HUSSAIN i would like to tell you that i've been cheated by bajaj allianz agent while giving PL (LOAN ACCOUNT NO.4570PL[protected] as i am old customer of bajaj finserve, he has given me cheque confirmation without giving any documents he told me that there will 0.4 % interest will be charged, i've taken 30000 Rs. PL and i've paid more than 20000 Rs. still my outstanding showing more than 24000 Rs. i have stopped my EMI ,then one of their executive came to my office for payment so i gave him and he ensured me that he will come with settlement papers and policy documents also still i am waiting for him as i am getting sms and mails for payment now sir please help me what should i do as you can see my previous record.
