[Resolved] Bajaj Food Processor — food processor motor burned, medium sized jar bottom bush burned and chutney attachment blade broken | |||
I have purchased a Bajaj Food Processor PX080 ON 27.08.2011. The Product was delivered on 05.09.2011. The chuttny attachment blade was broken on 12.10.2011, within a months time. I made a complaint on 13.10.2011. Again on 13.02.2012 The food processor motor got burned and along with that, the medium size jar bottom bush also gets burned within 5 months. Once again i made a complaint through customer care on the same day. 26.02.2012,the service technician came and replaced the blade for which i made complaint on 13.10.2011 (which is not suitable for the chutnny attachment) and he was unable to run the chuttny attachment due to the repair in the food processor main motor itself. He took the food processor and the medium jar and informed us it will be rectified at their end within 2 days. So far he has not turned at all. Daily i am contacting Sree Shaa Enterprises, No 22 B Mettu Street, Chennai over phone and they keep on replying that parts not yet come, tomorrow it will be rectified. I lost my confidence in the bajaj products.
