[Resolved] Bajaj Geyser — pathetic after sales service in case of breakdown | |||
no response for 5 days for a complaint number 79905. this is a shakti plus geyser purchased 3 months back. it has already been repaired once by bajaj. this time its thermostat has blown off. the company is so pathetic that they have turned a deaf ear to my incessant complaints. in their deplorable behaviour the have surpassed the 2 days in which they are supposed to rectify the problem . each time the geyser malfunctions i spent rs. 500/- on repair reminders. i feel harrased by the condemnable aftersales service. kindly see that i am at peace or better still take my geyser free to the bajaj chairman... i dont need their junk in my house Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi,
I purchased Bajaj Shakti 25 L water geyser during 2006. Since then i have replace coil twice. Thermostat once. First time i got it done by a local plumber. The next time i replace the coil and thermostat on my own. I got the coil purchased from Bajaj Service Center people. It worked for around 2 years. This time, I purchased a local/other brand Coil and the geyser is working fine.
If we do the repair ourselves, then we will have a satisfaction and we will not get fooled by these authorised service people.
