I have purchased Juicer Mixer and Grinder of 3 Jars of Morphy Richards Make which is distributed and serviced by Bajaj Electricals Ltd in India. The product is made of poor quality plastics and steel and within 1 months time it has started breaking .

I have made 5 complaint with Bajaj on cust care no.-[protected] for the breaking of the jars and they are regularly telling that they will send a technician but almost 5 days has gone but none of technician neither their call has came.Now after spending 5-6 days they are telling to visit service centre .God know what will happen next.Here the point is to be noted that their customer care works 5 days a week between 9 am to 6 PM only.

MY ADVICE

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF BAJAJ ELECTRICALS COZ THEY ARE OF WORST QUALITY AND YOU WON'T GET GOOD REPSONSE AND SERVICE .

This is height of harassment that Bajaj Electricals guys are doing.After giving several reminders an complaints their engineer is giving time and time only since Friday[protected] and hasn't visited yet.This is the worst thing i have ever faced.The Worst Service and Product ever seen.

MY HONEST ADVICE

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF BAJAJ ELECTRICALS COZ THEY ARE OF WORST QUALITY AND YOU WON'T GET ANY RESPONSE AND SERVICE .

    I have purchased a Bajaj Padastal Fan Model Spectrum Sr. no - 006050 on 22/04/12 from your dealer M/s. Jaiswal Electronics, Singrauli, M.P., India Pin -486889. Now the motor (Main part of Product) of the fan has heated and the wheal of fan melted and displaced from his actual place, approach with dealer on 12/05/13 anyhow he accept the product and a electrician break the wheal of the fan during remove, after testing found the motor has been damaged, now he ask for Rs.1200/- for the replacement of motor and the wheel cost will be extra chargeable. Here question is the product is being manufactured for only to cover the guarantee period, why the customer will purchase to pay such cost for that a branded product for a year only. Hence,i want from the dealer or co's representative service person to make the service of the main part of the product without any charges. NOTE ; MAKE A COMPLAIN THROUGH MAIL TO CO'S CUSTOMER CARE, THEN CO'S REPRESENTATIVE CALL ME AND ASK TO GET SOME DISCOUNT FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOTOR BUT ASK HIM TI NEED REPLACE THE MOTOR WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.

      I am a resident of Mumbai bought new Bajaj ceiling fan Model No (Bharat C/F 1200 mm) on 27.10.2012 having guarantee of 2 year but since i purchase it's not working properly.It's keep making different noises & suddenly get stopped which irritate us alot.

      I also registered a complaint with the Bajaj customer service complaint no is : 2598049 since then I am continuously calling bajaj customer care & services center personnel every time but they just say we are sending some one but still no one visited or called me & issue is neither attended nor resolved.

      I request you to kindly intervene in this on priority.

        Hi I am KOMAL ARORA from JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN.I bought a L.P.G GAS STOVE the last year april.There was not proper response from the service center.i complaint in the bajaj service center via call my complaint no. is 2593100 dated 6/5/13 and i remind 3 times to the service center but there is none any response regarding my complaint.then i remind my local bajaj service provider 5 times but from there also none any response i get and the dealer M?S H.K ENTERPRISES , 396/3,INDIRA BAZAAR ,JAIPUR from whom i purchased regularly i remind to them but he is not responding.I surely hope this compliant would solve my problem...I please you to take steps...

        LPG — phone not working in working hours

        Verma Gas Agency (Indane LPG Distributors), Mandawali,East Delhi, Ph.No.224334 & 22473808 is out of order during working hours from 9.30 am to 6 pm. if we try after 6 pm to 9.30 am that is working prpoerly.

        I need strong action on above distributor.

          I have a bajaj induction cooker which I purchased in October 2012. Since a week it is not heating properly and since then I have been trying the customer toll free number but there is no response there. I tried calling some service shops but they told me to contact the toll free number. Some said that because my machine is still in warranty they will not repair.
          It has been over a week now and I have not been able to get it fixed. My cooking gas consumption has increased substantially because of that.
          I am highly dissappointed with the service of such a renowned company. When I was buying the appliance I chose bajaj over several others because I thought it is one of the leading brands and I would get prompt service as and when required. But the service is really really bad.
          I hope writing my grievance here will lead to some result.

            I had purchased Bajaja food processor FX11 from India Times Shopping web site.
            I had received the parcel on around 9 of April. I was out of town.
            I had purchased the item for the use in one of the function we were going to have but unfortunately it didnt happen and so could not check.
            I had opened the parcel on 29 April. And the product didnt work. I went on youtube to check how it works but still no luck.

            I called the India Times executive and spoke to Mr Ankit and he gave me the Bajaj Food Processor helpline number ([protected]) this number does not work. Its keeps getting canceled after the recording instruction starts.

            I want my money refund for this faulty product.

            Who is responsible for the refund and which door should i knock for complain.

            Please do the needful and oblige.

              I have a Morphy Richards’s kettle (under warranty). I have logged 2 complaints (2488729, 2396451) and did so many calls to Bajaj customer service center[protected] and Pragati enterprises Sahibabad, Bajaj Service Centre who takes care of Morphy Richards’s products complaints. I called Pragati enterprises so many times but they do not want to resolve my complaint. Moreover I have talked MR Vikas (owner of this service centre as told by him) and the manager Sanjay Kumar (manager of Bajaj Services), but no solution found. I am totally fed up now I don’t know what to do? Please help me.

              Bajaj Electricals — Service is not good

              We bought a Iron box. It got problem and we have taken that to a authorised service center on 19/12/2011 till now no responser from them and everytime we call them they said it will ready soon. This is like playing Game with the customer where they can't compromise the customer with their poor service

              I have a Morphy Richards Kettle, which was under warranty and is not working. Last month I had lodged a complaint (no.2869368) explaining the problem. They asked me to contact with Authentic services, no.2721, BEML Main road, near post office, new Thippasandra, Bangalore-75. and also sent the above address from mobile no.[protected] to my mobile no.Today when I went there the owner of the above said services did not even gave a proper response regarding my complaint. It's very unusual that a reputed company like Bajaj can't give minimum service to their trusted costumer like me.Today again I lodged a complaint (no.3097889). I am totally fed up now I don’t know what to do further. Please help me.

                I bought a Bajaj food processor PX-80F Platini on 10.02.2012 from Ankleshwar. Since purchase within a year it had following problems.

                1. The motor belt got loose with high sound - after complaint on call center the service engineer didn't resolve it properly. He said it is a normal sound in this system. (The problem is of attitude of this service company)

                2. So I had to repeat the complaint. This was resolved in total 2-4 visits in a span of 4-6 months. Finally they replaced the belt. Problem - The people from this company have an approach of delaying the matter so that time passes & then they easily say - No 1 We are doing it...No 2 Time is consumed from customer's pocket.

                3. Now within a year the blades of machine rotor (Coupler) (In which Jar sits) got melted - Engineer says it is because of overload and we should not run the machine for more than 30 Min but we never ran it for more than 5 min. (You can check it with neighbors because its sound is audible from a long distance also.) Again adamant nature of service company here in Ankleshwar.

                4. Then they replaced it after ~ 7 days & when we asked for reason he said it is because of one washer which is missed (Please note that same engineer did it & belt also) & therefore coupler is not properly setting in place causing overheat & damage of plastic coupler.

                5. This has resulted in jamming of one jar in machine & they removed by damaging the joint of jar & bottom part which he refused to replace. (He says one year is now over so I can not do anything while my complaint was made well before 10 Feb 2013 i.e. within a year for belt change.

                6. For sound he told that it is normal & is because of empty jar. Then we ran it under filled condition again he says it is normal sound. Asked him to check other houses if it is normal. Then he said we can not do anything for this. Coupler failure is also due to overload. - Regularly changing his statements.

                7. We asked for demo he ran it for 20 Min & again coupler got melted without load. Now he says It is not my fault or fault in design so we can not do anything.

                8. At this moment we refused to accept service so he said you do whatever you want. So now our consumer rights are to be protected by the company as below.

                1. First failure of belt - it is not dependent on load. It was a design fault as it was loose.
                2. Delay in service by incompetent person in rectifying it.
                3. Incompetency in replacement by the same person caused the jamming of jar in coupler first. This Failure has happened due to negligence in service by the engineer. (He himself explained when we asked for reason) which caused us lot of pain and damage to jar.
                4. Now again replacement of new coupler also got damaged in 20 Min in his presence without load. Its a design fault. So company must replace the set.
                5. Now Jar is also damaged and engineer never responded in friendly manner. He put new coupler in machine and old coupler in other jar which is also not acceptable. (Photo Graphs are taken) Now he threatens that your warranty for jar is over as it was only one year, which indicates intentional delay. Please note that the belt replacement was done within 1 year when it started failing. Further it was due to negligence.
                Request you to kindly help us as this is my first formal communication in writing to you.
                Once we hear from you I will proceed further if required. Till then I am holding my complaints to formal system of consumer rights.

                Delays are causing lot of pain for us as we need to buy other system for use as currently it is not usable. (Height is that new coupler in the motor is also damaged but engineer says its not & I will replace it after some use - WHY???)

                I am using the above sentence because I am forced to do so by the totally negative behavior of this service company.

                Still it is not resolved. Your dealer took the entire machine and says he has replaced 2 jars & motor but please note the following.

                1. The Smaller jar is still in the same condition (We can send the photographs of damaged section, which is same before & after) this means he is just trying to fool us by keeping it in store for few days & then returning it.

                2. Motor is also making the same noise level which was there in the beginning of complaint. So we don't feel he has done anything.

                Please look in to it on priority & with seriousness.
                Once again the same fellow is sent to home for return delivery who is mannerless & can't reply properly.

                  i bought a new bajaj table fan model TT01 on 10/03/2013 which was in a sealed box and when took to home and tried to operate it, its not working so we complained and given to bajaj service center "SRUJANA ENTERPRISES, RAMNAGAR GUNDU, HYDERABAD-44" with complaint numbers "2419695" , "2438127" and "2358489"

                  they told that they will repair and return it back in 3 days and till date "15/04/2013" they haven't repaired it and they only say as no stock with them waiting for the stock to come.
                  its almost 1 and half month after giving for repair, they always say wait for 2 days stock is coming.

                  It has been a never ending wait ever since then. Every day we’ve been calling up the call center and the so-called Service Center guy(Ravi Varma) who keeps on assuring us that we’ll receive a new equipment very soon. Nothing has moved so far that elusive ‘tomorrow’ never seems to be anywhere near. Moreover these guys(ravi varma from the Service Centre) are utterly rude while communicating and have no respect for either the time or money of bajaj's customers.


                  So this is the real story behind the bajaj– an organization full of cheats. Right now it’s been almost 6 weeks and I have no hope of getting either a refund or a new working fan and these guys have obviously robbed me of my money.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had purchased Bajaj Steam Iron in Jan 2012, and since that time i am facing the problems about the press as it is in gurrantee of 2 years, 1st time when it get damaged then i requested to the service center to replace it as the product is in gurrantee of two years but they just repair the product, now again after repairing the press get the same problem(it stop working), and again i requested them to replace it but they give me same answer to repair it, so sir please give me some guideline about how to change the product as the product is still in gurrantee of two years,

                    Bajaj Steam Iron — Steam not producing

                        I made a order for Bajaj Majesty CGX 2 2B Powder Coated Glass Cooktop With Free Bag on 5th March. I received the order on 8th March in broken Condition (Coated Glass Cooktop was Broken) also free bag was missing. After so many reminder you guys agree to replace the product. I sent back the product on 13th march in address given by you by Blue Dart (AWB No. [protected]) and you received the same on 18th March.

                        The big problem starts after this.

                        I have made almost 15 calls ( All call duration around 10 Mins) for the update. Every time Executive told me new story Like we haven't receive your product,......you sent us incomplete product, ............your product will deliver this week (My Favorite Almost heard 2-3 Times),

                        Almost 20 days passed and I haven't received my product.

                        I made a order for Bajaj Majesty CGX 2 2B Powder Coated Glass Cooktop With Free Bag on 5th March. Every time Executive told me new story Like we haven't receive your product,......you sent us incomplete product, ............your product will deliver this week (My Favorite Almost heard 2-3 Times),

                                I am complaining this after facing a very bad service from Bajaj electricals service center in Delhi. I purchased a induction cooker (model - Popular) on 04/11/2012 from Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Some problem came with the device in Nov itself.

                                I lodged a complaint on customer care but didn't get any response. Later on I lodged a another complaint (Request ID[protected] on 13.01.2013. A technician came thrice to my house but he wasn't able to repair as he said some electrical part is required. At third visit, technician told me to give the induction at repair center. Consequently, I give my induction at "Crystal Services" 26, South Anarkali Extn, Delhi. .Now its almost one and half month has been passed, Still I have not got it repaired or replaced with the new one and in between the whole process I have called them at-least for thirty times with my cell phone.

                                So you are requested to look into the matter.

                                  I, Vishwajeet Masurkar, purchased one table fan before 4 months from Bajaj, its have 2 yrs warranty. and its cost 1500. But after 4 months its working & sounding badly. then i called customer care to register their complaint. 1st thing .... those service are worst in our India. repairing person came after 20 days when i said i am going to register a complaint to customer consumer court. then one repairng person came and he did service to fan.......... then fan working proper. but after 1 week problem started again same. then after 2 days fan burned.
                                  then i call again customer care...... but they are not responding.... they are telling person will come in working 48 hrs.... but after 20 days. no one came...... once came one bajaj person. he said moter burned. then he called company... they told to change moter..... we will give u tomorrow. but today 15 days happens for this story... we r calling that person regularly... he is saying .... i got motor, i am coming tomorrow afternoon, but he is still not cming. 1 week end.

                                  so plz, i want to request u to do something.

                                    I have purchased a 15 Liter Bajaj Geyser and it is not working properly from the day1. After instillation it worked for 30 mins and later the power was not flowing in and i have contacted the dealer and he say he is not responsible for that and i need to call bajaj customer care..and bujaj customer care person came in after i call them and he repaired it and said it will work fine but when we switched on the geyser and kept it on for 40 min suddenly got some noise in my bathroom and to my surprise the inlet and out let pipes busted out and the steam cam out of geyser if some body was in bathroom they would have undergone a serious injuries(burns) i called the service center again and he came and said that it is the problem of inlet and outlet pipes and we replaced them now turned on the geyser it did not work he says that there is some thermostat problem..and it is not yet repaired...

                                    can some one guide me how to get a new geyser as i did not use it at least a day in proper condition...how should i take it to consumer court.... Service center guys says that they will repair it but not replace why should i go for a repair as i did not use it at least once..i did not purchase a second hand geyser right ...

                                        Hi,
                                        I purchased a gas Bajaj Majesty Gas Gyser on 23rd Nov 2012. Since the time I purchased the gyser it is having the problem of leakage/high gas consumption for which I had registered the complaint. The service execute came and said they have fixed the problem but it is not solved till date. I registered the complaint again but no one from Pragati enterprise is coming to fix the problem. I have been calling them repeatedly and daily Mr Vikas and Mr Rajneesh from Pragati Enterprise say that someone would visit today but even after 6 days of registering the complain no one came.
                                        I am really very unhappy with faulty poor quality gas Gyser and on top of that that worst service provided by Bajaj Electricals and Pragati enterprises.

                                        Please note that due to problem with this gyser 3 cylinders have been consumed within 30 days overall not heating more than 200 liters of water per cylinder.

                                        This is the last option I am trying before moving to consumer court. Hope You would attend the problem and take strict actions against such service center who make the customer suffer.
