[Resolved]  Bajaj — Ineffective service rendered for Pulsar 150 - Bajaj Customer Care does not respond

Below is the Complaint I had sent to Bajaj customer care centre email on 21-Apr-2013. But I'm still to elict a response, even an auto-reply.


"Hi,
I'm Benith Israel M. I drive a Pulsar 150cc of 2008 make. I had my Pulsar serviced recently with a service center Mrz Auto Pulse, (Autorized Service Center for bajaj Auto Ltd) in bangalore, Karnataka. But to my utter dissatisfaction my motor bike is worse than it was before the services were done.
I had gone to the service center on the morning of 04-Apr-2013 with the following issues,

My right hand mirror yoke's threading was worn out.
My chain was loose and there was noise coming out as if the chain was hitting the casing as the vehicle was running.
the brake's response was not good.
The clutch cable had worn out.
Engine oil was low.



He gave me an initial bill estimation of Rs 1600/-. The following evening he called me up to say that after an engine oil fill, it was possible my vehicle exhaust might start emitting smoke. So I had to replace several other part new and the bill would jump to Rs 5000/-. I had agreed.
The next day he called me up to say that the repairs were done the final bill was Rs 6738.50 /- .I paid up and took delivery by evening around 05:00 to 05:30 pm. I expressed my reservations that there was still some extraneous noise coming out. He told me that it was lower than before and after a few days it will be eliminated. I pointed him out to the fact that the brake response was still the same. He assured me that my bike will not be needing any service or repair for another 3000 km. If it did have any problems he would attend to it without any further costs.

The Bike was a bit smoother especially the clutch. After a while I noticed, while starting my bike a weird blop sound would come from the exhaust, I drove for 2 weeks. But both the chain noise and stating exhaust noise seemed to grow louder. The brake too started making skeeeky noises. On 17-Apr-2013 @ around 10:00 pm while I was leaving office, I had to start my bike parked in the basement. The blop sound appeared again only this time the smoke alarm went off briefly. A colleague of mine was standing beside me, he said he witnessed some sparks coming out from the silencer exhaust as I started the bike.
I was concerned, So I went back to the service center "Auto Pulse" on 18-Apr-2013. But after examing the bike he told me the Silencer needs to be replaced. So I asked him this is the same problem for which he made a huge list of repairs. He didn't answer instead he told me to drive for some more time and come back. I was pissed off. I asked him about his 3000 km remark. He just called the mechanic over and went out of sight. the mechanic stated blathering some bull about bore, valve , silencer etc. I left the spot.

I checked up with a local mechanic who picked up all the useless, unnecessary repairs done by the service center. The list in pdf format is attached here named "Useless repair bills value".
I have noted down particular details of the service centre below and I have also attached the original bill for ur refrence.
Pls look into the issue and have the service center properly make the repairs without asking me to foot further more bills. If they refuse ask them to refund the value of bill Rs 4015/- which was of no use.

Note: I saw this Bajaj - Anti-piracy Ad and "A Fake can be a fatal mistake" slogan. But if I suffer an accident due to the Quality of such autorized serive centers who is going to take the blame.

Bajaj — customer care

hi this venkatesan from cuddalore
i bought my new bajjaj pulsar around 4 months before they have been given 1 year warranty for me.now i got a problem in my bike i subject this complaint to the bajjaj service centre in cuddalore (RAJARAJAN SHOW ROOM AS WELL AS SERVICE CENTRE ), but they i dont want to take the complaint because i dint buy that bike with them.Ofcourse i bought this bike in chennai and i moved to cuddalore so i cannot goto chennai for all this stuffs, then what is the use of having bajjaj dealership allover india .bajaj company have to take trainning classes for dealers before they get their dealership, and bajjaj have togive one dealer ship in cuddalore for better results from cuddalore, tamilnadu, chennai.


NOTE:the bike service wat they are doing in rajarajan cuddalore is a real lousy

though the company has not delivered motor cycle.......so please i
request you to recommand me to release my booked byke,no one take response so kindly my byke model is bajaj 135 cc disc ,other delar having byke.
