Bajaj Majesty — Poor service from bajaj COMPLAINT 501511 | |||
I have logged a complain against my mixer grinder. As it was not working properly. Complain no 25513635 logged on 7/09/2012 but till today no one visited my house. On 11/09/2012 I called them again and they told they will send technician the same day, next day 12/09/2012 I called them again and took service center number and that day also call center representative told technician will visit us the same day , I took service center details also from them "Name : Paul Brothers, no: 25513635 ", they also told that they will send the technician by the same day. But no one visited our house. When today I called them they behaved very rudely and told me straight away that they will not call a std number(as my no is not belongs to kolkata) and when I asked the person on other side of the phone abut her name she told that she will not tell her name or any contact person's name.I called call center again and took their area manager's contact no([protected]).And told every thing by calling him, he told he will send some one today.But I didnot get any call from them till 3pm.So I called him again that time he told as it is not a kolkata no so they will not call to this no. I want to ask Bajaj that at the time of purchasing the product they never told that they till not provide service if I dont use local number, as it is a all India warranty coverage so I can use any number to longed a complain.
