Hai, My name is Shyju.I am from kerala.I am using a Bajaj 200 pulsar and its been 11 mnths that i m using this vehicle...i am obviously screwed up by ur service centers...they are really lute and plundering ur customers...my friends and brothers are also facing these same problem...recently i had a front disc issue...a "tick tick" sound is coming from front disc and u can understand that its a serious issue...then i went to ur service centers to solve this issue in trivandrum, kerala(in DEEDI bajaj authorised cervice centers in Ayurveda college juncn)...its not the first time that i am facing this issue...intially i went to other one in kesavdasapuram(tvm).they told me that that is the problem of disc pad and i changed it...evn after that it repeats after 30mnts...pls take in to mind that i was there long away from ma home town...they are taking ma issue as a childsplay and acting like that.then without any hope i went to Ayurveda college DEEDI in tvm.that good for nothing service was trying to avoid me without checking ma prob.i tol him that i am coming from another district...he says that "we have no time to take care of it and we have lot of works to do"..even the technician was very rude to me...the manager told me that "u just go to nearby local workshop and find out what the problem then come back here...if the spare is available then we will try to arrange it and solve u"...pls understand that it will take just 5 mnts to findout ma problem..then i left that place...at last i wandered all over in tvm bcs of them and find a good local workshop.they checked ma vehicle and told me the problem.i paid for them...listen, even now i am having warranty period...then next day i went back to deedi in ayurveda college and told them ma prob.even then they were smiling at me with sacasm and told me the same dialogue that they dont have time...i told them abt the part that i wanna change...it was a "disc plate"(small two plates beside disc pad)...they told me that they wanna check the problem and they need Rs.100 for checking it...mind u that it is too small job by loosing two nuts...no matter whatever amtnt it takes...but they are still making me uncomfortable...at last without no hope i just went outta there without a solution...its very dangerous thing for me...even now in this very second i am still facing the problem and i am very unhappy with the whole bajaj service procedures...now i am ready go to any extend for solving this and to find a solun.no matter whatever amnt it takes...its really aweful...u r just making ur customers a clown...sorry to tell u that...bajaj is just pathetic...
