This land location looks very green and very peaceful. But Balaji elegance is very untrust worthy run by some really unprofessional people. The people are are very inconsistent in the apatments they make about the property, approvals. One person I know is having some problems with their documentation. The value of the flat is around 600/ sqft but they are quoting b/w 800 to 1,000.. Are you considering this property? Have you been able to buy anything there as yet? I don't agree with your words as you are saying that "The value of the flat is around 600/ sqft but they are quoting b/w 800 to 1, 000". Balaji Elegance will not do such type of activities, as per agreement the value of sqft valve changes from one price to another price it was given in agreement. The sqft will change depends up on market price changes.You don't read agreement carefully and simply writing wrong folks on Balaji Elegance.
Please change you self respect to other and think it is correct or not writing wrong folks about others.If any thing you had get a problem related to Balaj Elegance come and visit Balaji Elegance and try to solve the problem as per agreement.
For Example : You had buyed a product from a shopkeeper with out warranty and the product was broken or in-proper condition later you had checked it in your home or some where.Then you bring the product back to shopkeeper he will ready to accept the product? No will accept such type of things he will say there itself to see the product properly and not to refund/Exchange the money/Product while you are in shop.
These cases will be happened to only some customer careless to review the product or may can happen by mistake
