My only advise would be to Stay away from Balaji elegance. Their will make fake promises to get business and will not show their face anytime later. Not responding to phone calls is their basic nature, no e-mail
communication and misbehaving is in their blood.
Their CFO, COO, GM etc, all know about the bad operations they have, fake promises their executives make to bring business, but nobody does anything to improve. Voice of customer is only heard during sales call, once you are in their trap, they will suck your blood like leech. Was this information helpful? | 
I think you don't have common sense how to behave in real world. Balaji Elegance giving all promises what they have explained to customers. Still Balaji Elegance construction was not completed but you have written like a that "Balaji Elegance " construction was completed and they haven't obey promises.Please don't divert the customers away from Balaji Elegance by simply writing wrong folks about Balaji Elegance.
Balaji Elegance are user friendly to every customer.If they are not user friendly, not good communication between customer how they sold out every flat in Balaji Elegance and how they are moving to next project.
I think you had book a Flat from Balaji Elegance later you had tried to cancel a Flat in Balaji Elegance and you did not get money back about registration Flat. As per Balaji Elegance agreement one you had booked flat they will not give money back fully as per agreement if you cancel a Flat in 'BALAJI Elegance'.
Prabu you had a wrong attitude please change the attitude and don't write simply wrong folks about Balaji Elegance and don't divert the customers by writing wrong folks about Balaji Elegance.
