Balaji Elegance usually boast about there policies and quality of flats they sell but only recently I found major drawbacks viz
1.they use low quality gypsum for plaster on walls buildesr,
2. they do not use jindal section for aluminum windows like other builders
3.there contractors for painting, plumbing & aluminum windows are there close relatives who are not at all professional and do not give desired quality
4.they have a very good record of not giving flats on time and they r continuing with this and when asked they will give absurd reasons Please do not buy flats from them because it would be better to buy flats from reputed builders rather than a local builders. Was this information helpful? | 
Don't know the value of construction. You are an IT Guy or Labor Construction guy to tell about all this details. don't tell about lies and divert the people away from balaji elegance. I think you are booked a flat later you had tried to cancel the flat.The Balaji Elegance don't give the money back as per agreement once flat is booked. In this case so many happened in Balaji Elegance. Simply the customers who had cancelled the Flat from Balaji Elegance they are writing negative talks about balaji elegance because Balaji elegance have not given money back.
One thing you should justify me you said that about 3 rd point "there contractors for painting, plumbing & aluminum windows are there close relatives"
It is happen that they are doing work with there relatives then building will be collapsed .This is not a IT Organization or College to hire relatives and work on construction field
All Internet user please stay away out from negative talks writers about who cancelled flats from balaji elegance .
