When i booked flat in Balaji Elegance. We all family were very happy. They told possession time is june 2011 and they are providing each and every amenities like swiming pool, gym etc. Fact is that they are not providing anything at all. still the project is not completed. I booked the flat because they committed many thing on the time of booking. Now i came to know their real face. They are big fraud. I am very tension how to take my money back. Everyday i call them to ask my money, simply they are telling tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes. Many times i fighted with them, they told me if i call them again then they will send some gunda to beat me......

First you don't have common sense how to write a complaint.Every person has right to talk and write the things happened but don't have rights to divert the people by writing wrong folks. You had written very rash about Balaji Elegance.Balaji Elegance are user friendly to every customer and they solve the problem and queries related to Balaji Elegance to customer.
You said that possession time is 2011. But the Balaji Elegance was started at june 2011 with agreement of 3 years.You had written wrong folks about and diverting the customers from Balaji Elegance and coming project.
As per agreement they had refund the money back who had cancelled a Flat of particular customer.I think you are expected full money back from Balaji Elegance. Balaji Elegance will not give full money back as it was written in agreement. You don't read agreement properly and writing wrong folk in the internet sites.
One thing you should justify me about last line. "Many times i fighted with them, they told me if i call them again then they will send some gunda to beat me". You are staying in a metro city not a village to do such activities.If such thing is happened to you why don't you complaint to a police or consult a lawyer?
How the Balaji Elegance can sold out all the flats and how they can move to next project ?
I think you had faced with like gunda's and rowdy's many times. i.e you are writing such bad words or folks to Balaji Elegance.Please change your attitude that good's to you your life. Nobody will trouble another life in real world.If any thing is problem related to Balaji Elegance you can come and visit 'Balaji Elegance" and try to solve your problem as per agreement conditios
