Bank Of Baroda — applications not attended

On 10/10/09 i went to syndicate bank atm to withdraw cash due to the bank of baroda atm machine Out of servive.My atm machine did not came out than i contacted syndicate bank however they told me that i will not get the card,they are going to discard the card.(how can they discard one property?)
Immediately,i went to my BOB margao branch and lodge acomplaint along with blocking of my card.Afetr couple of days i followed up with my Branch for my duplicate card and they told me to wait for 02 weeks.Afetr 10 days i had just cross-checked with the customer service of Bank of baroda and inquire about my blocking of card and issuing of new card however,they told me that my application has not yet recieved from my bank.Than i called up my branch but no respond.Finally i went to my branch again.when i ask about my applicaton.the officer told me that it was sent immediately and they do not keep anything pending.Later did not remember anything and told me that if i had filled-up the application form.He was searching my application everywhere and finally he got from one of the register.He tried to update on the system but his hand was shivering as i had already threatened him that i had already lodge a complaint to consumer forum.I was running off time and i told him to call me up when it is done however he never called me up.It has been 21 days but still my application has not reached the Debit card department.I still asked help from the debit card customer care where do i go,they also told me to contact my branch only.I wanted to close my account but my salary comes to this horrible bank.For God sake please do not deal with this 18th century bank and if you have your account also please think over and try to close your account for your future benefit.

i m holding a current account in ur bank on 19/01/2010, in the name of FALAK TOURS & TRAVELS, ACCOUNT NUMBER [protected], in pune
sir we r a big company, and we are deposites amount dailly,
and when we to ask a bunch of deposit slip, ur staff always refuse our application and always one reason is there that deposit slip is not in stock,
sir we nt have much time to bargening with ur staff, if we not reccived good service from ur bank we will close our account
so the need full
