[Resolved]  Bank Of Maharashtra — deny to give atmand pasbook of my accoun

sir my account no is [protected] in bank of maharashtra, bambhori, jalgaon, maharashtra branch.after 3 months also they havent given me passbook or atm..i have called numbes of time to them, but they havent replyed.so please take some action

you can go to bank of maharashtra's online site & lodge your complaint over there by specifying your account number & date of opening of account, etc. If you dont get solution there after also you can straight way lodge complain to apex body of banks i.e. Reserve bank of India on their site.
You can even lodge complaint in consumer court & demand answer and even get compensation from bank of maharashtra if you demand for that.
The atitude of bank staff are real not good...
Please register your grievances/feedback through proper channel.

You should approach your branch with your complaint. If not satisfied, you can forward the complaint to the respective Regional Office. If still not satisfied, you can bring the matter to the Central Office.
You can even register your complaint through a complaint form available on our website www.bankofmaharashtra.in

We take Customer Service very seriously in our Bank but if the issue is not brought to our notice then even we are helpless.
