Barclays Bank — Unwanted calls

I am getting the unwanted calls from barclay's bank regularly regarding business loans etc from Phone number 32665758 and [protected] into my number which is [protected] which is already registered in Do not Call registry but I thinks all this Do not call registry is of no use because the calls are not stopped. they are really harassing peoples.

Barclay Bank Credit Card — charged unwanted membership fee

In the month of July, 2008 received a call for joining Priority circle membership. In August received statement of accounts on credit card Rs.5000/- charged as membership fee. Efforts to make telephonic contacts for cancellation of membership and reversal of charged amount failed on account of no response from other side.Therefore, e-mail sent on August, 25. Refused to do so being a delayed request. Written communication yeilded delayed response. The bank Executive responded on 9th Feb.09 to return the gifts received on 13-12-09 for processing reversal. A trolley bag costing Rs.149/- received as a gift from the bank was returned to the bank vide DTDC Courier on 23-2-09 by incurring charges of Rs.200/-.The bank Executive responded on 26th Feb.09 that request cannot be granted as gift has already been despatched. I have not avaialed any benefits of priority circle membership.Forced upon me and I have been requesting to the bank since August 2008 for cancellation of membership and reversal of membership charges. Rs.5, 618. please do the needful.
