Barclays Credit Card — Payment dues

Dear Customer Care,

My credit card no. is [protected] After card received from your side I made some transaction & paid on time & in the month of Feb. I dropped my chq. on time but due to sat & sun on next days your executive collect that chq. may be on monday & My payment credited on your A/c on 24th but not due to my fault bcoz when I had recd. that card it had not been clarfied regarding your payment methods & i have word with your executive to sort this matter but I didn't get any favourable reply from your end & in the next month when I had made a payment of Rs. 3563.00/-by chq. the chq. get dishonour due to "drawer sign differ" I called your executive & request to forward the chq. back so that I can clarify with my bank but till today I didn't get that chq. back & after the confirmation from your end I made the payment through net banking on the very 2nd day & in my next month statement they charged for dishonur charges & as well as for late payment charges how can your bank can charged twice when I had made the payment after the secound day of your call I again called your executives they told me that sir when you will made the payment it will get reversed & I again asked for that chq. & again I made the payment of Rs 370.00 through net banking as per my actual rest amount & in the next month statement the similar charges were again there so from my end I had made all the actual payments & after the 3-4 months I am getting call from your executive or your collection agency till now I talked with 5-6 executive & inspite of detailing each & everything to them I am getting these calls & again & again inspite of sorting out Or having any reply from your end the problem is still there one of your executive told me to mail so finally I am doing so & when the fault is from your end you have to pay for that & your payment collection types is very limited & poor and apart from that I am corporate customer of Hdfc bank & credit card & vodafone from the past 5 yrs. I didn't get any complaint regarding payment or the reversal o[censored]nneccesary charges if they have charged by mistake & apart from that I am getting a request no. so that in future if my problem is not sorted out I can refer that no. which your bank never provide inspite of their international existance your services are very poor & proving harreshment for the customer than other service providers.After my long efforts/request about fine reversal you are not might be agree to do it, and my card also blocked from your end. I requesting you again please reverse this charge, if you do not do so, I am also not liable to make any payment. You can feel free to take any action & I am also looking to move to consumer court as per my rights.I am mentally disturbed due to your this type of behavior, You are also not informed me about your type of payment limitations on the time of providing / releasing credit card to me.
