[Resolved] Bata — ARROGANT STAFF and DEFECTIVE PIECE
i am an advocate in Hon"ble HIGH COURT at allahabad, i had bought a slipper from your shop at M.G. MARG, civil lines, allahabad(phone no.[protected] on 28jan09 vide cash memo no.28-01-09/1/[protected]. Within 15 days of the purchase i found that there was a manufacturing defect in your product and it became deformed in shape and all its joints became apart.First i sent my peon to your shop but the salesman returned him by making an excuse that manager is not available and will come on 16 FEB.Today on 4:30p.m. I myself took the slipper to your shop and requested the manager and the sales person to replace the defective piece or to do the needful, but they paid no attention to my request and kept me waiting for an hour.Then they started finding faults with my way of wearing the slipper, i replied that at the back of your receipt the terms of GUARANTEE are written you act accordingly but they said that its only written and is not followed. I humbly requested them to please look in to my problem but the manager and Mr.A.K.MUKHERJEE and Mr.J.D.MUKHERJEE started talking in threatening tone and told me that neither the slipper will be replaced nor any action will be taken and you GET OUT OF THE SHOP.
I was offended mentally very much by the rude and arrogant behaviuor of your staff, therefore i request you to kindly take appropriate action against your arrogant staff so that in future they do not misbehave with customers.
Please hear to my grieavance and settle my issue soon.
