[Resolved]  Bata India Limited — Certificate of policy

Respected sir,

my LIC policy # is [protected].
But till i have not received any policy cirtificate till date.
My agent name is Mr Swapan Mitra resident at konnagar already retired from our company. ( Bata India Limited ). It is impossible to contact with him for this problem.
I need your help
