[Resolved] Baxter India Pvt. Ltd. — Unprofessional behaviour and misleading commitments | |||
Hi, my mother, Smt. Anju Singh was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and was advised Peritoneal dialysis in June, 2012. We had CAPD (Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis) being performed for 4 months of which Baxter was the supplier. However, in the month of December, 2012, she was admitted in hospital due to infections and the doctor advised to shift to hemodialysis for further treatment and hence CAPD was discontinued. We requested Mr. Kaushik (local sales person for Baxter) to send an email to Sanjeevani pharmacy (local retail shop for peritoneal dialysis fluids) so that they can refund the amount to us for the extra fluids/equipments lying idle at our home. We also contacted Baxter Gurgaon office and in a tele conference call, they committed to send the email on the same day. It has been more than a month now, but a single email has not been sent. Please file a consumer complaint against Baxter India Pvt. Ltd and Mr. Kaushik for misleading committments and unprofessional behaviour towards patients and their families who are already in a lot of distress. I have not received My PF withdrwal amount even after 90 Days.My Ref. No. is 28067727 for PF account No. HR/25475.
Need Money urgently.

Respected Sir/madam,regeatefully I wan Say that the Bank of baroda is tha name of Professional if anybody wan to say professional 2 nd meaning of this word is Bank of Baroda
Sir Actually Im Leaving in United Arab Emirates, Duabi I know about the bank of baroda bcoz there is a branch of bank of baroda in Bur Dubai so I know its very Well if you will see your home cities name on the board in abroad (it mean u R professional ) I don't have any kind of account in bank of Baroda but I have made many transactions By bak of baroda i have Suggest My Staff to Use Bank of Baroda Instade of western union or anything else..
Anyway I want to bring some fact about ur banks branch and Staff as matter of fct I wan a say u that i am in India and iwent to Godhra behalf of Metro Info. to make some transaction with My Partner there were one person was sitting on his Desk He was not a professional He use Some bad words when I speak to him He was not talking politly than he was taking me unprofessionally it was totally nonsense and I feel insult inf.of My indian friends and business Partner and than I replied him That the Customer is the Most Important Visitor... anyway I feel Insult and i replied ur Staff person that Who Am I ? Bcz i show him that what is your Deauty and I told him that I will show you that how can u respect to ur customer because of that I appeal to mangment that please take Nesassary Action Againts ur staff ... this is not only Insult of mine but this is the insult of whole my own Indians Bcz I was Ur Customer I feel its Bcz I M working for Humen Rights Ect...

Baxter India is totally unprofessional and misleading. Since last two months I am having a tough time dealing with them regarding my mother's treatment.
