Hai Friends my name is akshaya, even i did reveive the same mail, since i just wanted to chk so i replied to them n they cald me to say that they are in New Delhi, to confirm the ticket i need to transfer 25000 INR into thier a/c to pay out indian government, then i told that if BBC has capacity to give us worth so much thousand pouds lottery then 25000INR is nothing, he just dint cal back again
