I had complained a month and a half earlier on this same web site about illegal construction going on behind my house - for which BBMP has taken no action what so ever till date. I repeat the complaint:-
My house is at No 180, Nandidurga Road, Benson Town, Bangalore-560046. Just behind my house illegal construction is going on wherein the mandatory space from my rear compound wall(As per BBMP rules) is not being left. The BBMP is requested to intervene immediately - or else I would have to file an RTI to know what action the BBMP has taken on my complaints

Our house is at No 180, Nandidurga Road, Benson Town, Bangalore -560046. Just behind our house is M S Palya. Construction activity has started now wherein the construction is taking place immediately behind our rear wall without the mandatory space as per rules. It is requested that the Concerned branch of the BBMP immediately stop the construction activity, and ensure that the BBMP rules for construction is followed.

Hi, I am ragahava resident of bahubalinagar hoysala circle jalahalli village banglore- 13 . Near to my house the construction of a big factory has been done! We now came to know that is to manufacture plastics in a residential area and moreover my complaint is about a violation of rules. They have illegally constructed a parking plot on govt place by removing a drianage facility which is constructed by bbmp. My question is can we too construct the same or we have to obey the rules as per bbmp plan.?

Yes there is also violation of BDA rules in constructing houses, in car parking area of basement, small rooms are constructing in BSK 2nd stage in and around area

i would like to complain that i am residence of AECS LAYOUT, KUNDALAHALLI, BANGALORE 37..There is illegal structure come up just opposite to the Brooke fields, NEXT TO THE MAIN ROAD, and top of it they have rent it out to a liquor shop, which is about 1km from CMRIT engineering college which is illegal, and behind the illegal construction they have even moved the electricity pole...ACCORDING TO the original plan a garden was supposed to come up...i request the BBMP to inspect the place and take necessary action to route out corruption and prove that law of illegal encroachment is same for all and even if they are influential..

There is a Illegal construction at #15, 6th cross Vasanthanagar Bangalore east next to my house as i have filed an RTI application and the consult Executive engineer has provided a notice to stop the work were 3rd and 4th floor are violated as plan given by Executive engineer Mr Harish [protected] even tho the construction is going on the building and once again informed Mr Harish to take action but he is neglecting hence my walls are damaged and blocking light and air in our street so requesting u to please do the need full immediately

The Person next to my house is constructing a house with no space in between my plot & his house.
We r repeatedly telling him to give some space for air circulation & Other necessary drainage & water pipes.

But he is ignoring our words repeatedly,

I have been puting complaints in the complaint box of Gandhinagr (mejestic, Bangalore) BBMP office, but no action is taken here forth.

Pls consider this complaint and do the needful.

They have blocked the entire drainage due to which water had logged at the car parking basement and the caretakers home is completed inundated due to yesterdays rain. My Car is completely damaged . I am one of the resident of RT Nagar, daily I will travel to Cole's park, but journey is horrible everyday because of very very bad road of Nandidurga road. We cannot go 1 minute in that strait road, it' need service urgently. Please go 2 rounds in that road by 2 wheeler you will come to know the problems... So please look into it and arrange for repairing by putting new tor to whole road ...

Dear Sir Madam

Kindly note we live in Church street wherein two houses are being demoloshed and in the guise of repair what the land lords are doing is constructing multistoreied houses. The exact address is Church street and Chowdappa road, Shanthinagara, Ward number 117, Bangalore 560 027. The Hoysala jeep comes takes bribe from land lord and goes away not bothering to look into the pain caused to several old aged people who have already complained to Local police station of Wilson Garden.

Request your good self to look into this and resolve. In case this complaint needs to be addressed to other office request your office to forward the same to appropriate office under intimation.

BBMP rules — Illegal construction

COMPLAINT No 1

I will be complaining about illegal construction everywhere in Bangalore. I know we can't do anything for already constructed houses. For those BBMP can charge taxes many time more than a normal FSI build home. Now, at least BBMP can intervene illegal construction to stop doing this for new construction. I want to emphasize in our area 8th cross Vijayabank colony, Dvasandra, KR Puram, Bangalore-560036, just for 30x40 site constructing G+3 or G+2 without leaving any area end to end are constructing. If BBMP allowing construction for these kind building and then why FSI rule is applying for construction. The concerned office of the BBMP is requested to intervene immediately and stop the construction- or else I would have to file an RTI or with the Lokayukta to know what action the BBMP has taken on my complaints
I request BBMP Basvanagudi to intervene for a demolish of house behind Pai Vista Kalyana mantapa, Basvanagudi, Bangalore -560004.

All the materials like blocks, stones are thrown on road and we cannot take out our vehicle as its blocking the road completely.

Matter urgent, if immediate action is not taken, we will have to contact higher officials or else have to file an RTI or with Lokayukta to know what action has taken on my complaints.

Subject Complaint: My property at Austin town quarters New PID[protected] /[protected] duly bought in 1993 and registered under my name has fraudulently been occupied by one “Munna” (mobile no [protected]) and Noor & his accomplices & started construction illegally by Mr Mumtaz current contractor. Allegedly False documentation with help from some BBMP officials showing falsely Sarala Devi and new Khata showing Mr Syed Hanief and Mrs. Rizwana Tabassum as owners which is both bogus/ Fraudulent ALL DOCS & PHOTOS OF ACTUAL SITE STARTING ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ATTACHED FROM 6 OCT 2019 ONWARDS NOW COMPLETION OF 4/5 STOREY BUILDING ON SITE
Respected Sirs,
I am a retired Private College Professor without any pension aged 62 plus, with severe related breathing allergy bronchitis problems and ill health shifted to Hyderabad temporarily out of fear for my safety in Bangalore. My Father Mr S.M.H.D (late)( Dy Secy To Govt) served for 30 Years with an incorruptible clean commendable service record in Vidhana Soudha Bangalore.
My property at Austin town quarters Bangalore New number PID[protected] duly bought in 1993 old house no 348 and registered under my name has fraudulently been occupied allegedly by one “Munna” (mobile no [protected]) and his accomplices’ have paid the property tax online in 2015/2016 by receipt no[protected] Application no[protected] under PID no[protected]. Corner site is in Austin town corporation quarters Corner site Iscan Centre near Ambedkar Statue Austin Town Viveknagar. All photos & Docs of actual site starting illegal construction attached from 6 0ct 2019 onwards to date.
I reserve the right to produce these complaints filed with the concerned officials in the appropriate court of law as proof of my protest and efforts to stop such a forgery, fraud, cheating and deemed blackmail.
I have the original Sales deed which was registered in my name and all other supporting and original tax receipts for tax paid and original Katha certificate in my name, which shall be produced by my legal counsel in any police station or Court of Law or in front of any competent authorities including BBMP authorized officials at any time. Attached my genuine documents, for perusal & Investigation.
I have never given any POWER OF ATTORNEY or authorized any person to act on my behalf to sell the afore said property at any given time or to transfer the same. With the original sales deeds Original Katha, I remain the sole owner of the afore said property and all the dealings and sales transfers going on with forgery, false documentations allegedly with the nexus of BBMP officials is a huge fraud and I am in the process of taking severe legal action against the allegedly persons and against those allegedly collaborating BBMP officials where necessary. The COVID, my old age, health and threats have kept me away from travelling to Bangalore personally to file the case.
A) There are opposite warring criminal mafia gangs trying to Extort money from me. I suspect and fear that a local mafia nexus is operating in the area. As I am very scared for my life to visit my legally owned Corner site in Bangalore. Therefore, for safety of my life and Family I have taken up a house in Hyderabad until the Police and authorities vacate the site and assure me of safety and protection of my life and property in Bangalore. I shall also take up the matter with legally and with the highest authorities in the country leaving no stone unturned as a peaceful law abiding citizen of India.
B) One Mr Munna (mobile no [protected]) and Noor have demanded 30 lakhs to leave the illegally occupied Corner site. Many threatening Phone calls were made to me to forcibly sell the Corner site from sept 2018. My representatives approach to the Corner site as well as photos/videos were not allowed by unknown persons illegally occupying the site. There was a lot of Intimidation, threats & abuse by the Illegal occupying party, Munna, Mumtaz, Syed Hanief, Rizwana Tabassum.
C) Allegedly One Mr Mumtaz as a contractor has illegally built 4/5 floors on the Corner site for Syed Hanief, Rizwana Tabassum the allegedly new false, forgery documents owners.
D) The property now shows Sarala Devi sold the Corner site, the Katha extract shows My Syed Hanief and Mrs. Rizwana Tabassum as owners. False transfer and sales transactions with the alleged nexus of BBMP officials. Many Documents and signatures have been forged in my name.
E) By allegedly using of False documents and Fraudulent means and processes along with the help of BBMP officers such a fraud has been carried out. False signatures and forged documents.
F) With False Documentation, signatories BBMP allegedly sold Corner site to Sarala Devi on 22/12/2018 vide DOC 6071/18-later resold to Rizwana Tabassum on 3/06/2019 vide document no1774/19-20.While I hold the original sales deed and documents as absolute legal owner.
G) I usually pay the tax online, but the Corner site was showing error for my PID until Sarala Devi Name came up in 2018. This is only possible with the nexus of BBMP officials. The tax payment was blocked and showed error for some time online with my PID number until someone had changed the ownership to Sarala Devi, and later to Syed Hanief and Rizwana Tabassum.
H) The persons are holding such a false title to my Corner site, and in fact are guilty of trespassing, threatening, and illegally holding the Corner site and illegally constructing a 4/5 floor building.
I) Mr Munna, Mumtaz, Syed Hanief and Razia Tabassum are now illegally trying to sell away the constructed flats of the Illegally occupied/ built building on my site.
I urgently pray and request the Municipal Commissioner and the IGP to personally intervene for this investigation. Photos proof, docs proof attached. Investigate and file criminal conspiracy cases against the perpetrators for fraud, forgery, cheating, corruption and false signatures and documentation of the afore said property.
I urgently request and pray that through the IGPs office the viveknagar police stops this illegal construction. Munna, Mumtaz, Syed Hanief, Tabassum continue their illegal acts with boldness.
Please acknowledge my FIR complaint and please send me a complaint number as urgently as possible
I shall be proceeding to file a litigation suit in the appropriate court of law to retain my rights on the aforesaid property
I wish and humbly request you to take cognizance of my seventh complaint email to register an FIR and immediately investigate the matter and get my property duly released as I have the original sale deed, Katha certificate, and all registered deed and tax paid receipts when I bought the property in 1993 and registered it legally.
Awaiting your swift and urgent fast action on my complaint as above will be appreciated from a law abiding citizen.

Dear Sir,

There is a multistorey building coming up behind our house without leaving the necessary setbacks & also creating nuisance to our house by damaging our property with debris & making it unsafe for us. Can the BBMP have an enquiry with the regional inspectors if the approved plans are being followed & if not, demolish the un-approved constructions. Request immediate action or let me know to whom I need to escalate further.

I am resident of MV Nagar, near Mount Carmel Highschool, . Here drainage is blocked due to which in some houses, water is leaking to sumps and making the water not usable.

Would request you to take action to clean the drainage regularly
