[Resolved]  Beetel Mobile EC005 — The phone keypads no.s does not work

I purchased the Three BEETEL Mobiles from Karnal on[protected], It worked fine some time afterwards both the handsets started giving problem, that there keys 2,4,8 stopped working. when I sent them to Karnal Service Center, it took more than one month and I got the phones back saying that the IC was malfuncting. Again on November the phone started giving same problem again (after 10-15 days of usuage). I got it submitted it again at Panipat service center and got it back after nearly 45 days. One phone started giving same problem one day after reciving the phone back and other is working, third phone was not submittred since it was sent to some other place (To relative).

I am fed up with the phones and want a proper solutions either give me some new and proper working phones and some other alternative.
