[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Agency, K.Ramaniah Gas Agency — Non booking of cylinder inspite of calling the agency for a refill

I had called up K Ramanaiah Gas Agency, 153 Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam, Chennai -93 for a refill of my cylinder since it was empty. The call was taken by a lady and i was told that the cylinder would be delivered within 10 days. When I called up after 15 days, I was told that there was no booking done and they have taken a fresh booking. On checking with the lady in the gas agency, I was accused of lying and they told me very rudely to go and do whatever I want and refused to take the ownership of the mistake done by them.

Ramanaiah Gas Agency Valasaravakkam Chennai — Irregular Gas Cylinder Delivery

I have booked the cylinder on[protected], and they have promised me to deliver within 10 days. But till date[protected], i have not yet received the cylinder. I have called them in between and reminded , but still they have not delivered.

Also it is very difficult to get them on phone. Always the line will be busy or no answer.

Please take immediate action on them.

We had booked our cylinder in 3rd week of November 2009, we are yet to receive our cylinder[protected]. Getting the agency on phone is next to impossible.

Please do the needful immediately.

Their delivery system of the cylinders is also very irregular which in turn effects our rebooking time.
Also there is always a wide gap between date of delivery and actual date of billing.
Iam totally agree with above points, iam also come under K Ramanaiah Gas Agency, 153 Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam i never seen this is king of wrost service provide by service provider, they naver delivery the gas ontime, they wont pickup customer calls, if you want to make booking you have to try atleast 20 times, otherwise its very difficult to get the line. its very difficult to manager this kind of serive provider,

Last month i booked a cylinder they supplyed on march 5 in the Bill the date was 28.2.2011. And in the cylinder the seal and tag has been opened when i asked him about this he told he talked with me very rudely . He told next time onwards I will bring like this only if you rejected to take I will not supply cylinder to you.Since last 8 years i have been coustmer in your agency the supply man was very worst behaviour why there is wide gap between date of delivery and actul date of booking.

K RAMANAIAH BHARAT GAS AGENCY is not at all delivering properly. I booked a cylinder 31-Aug-2011, today is 19-Sep-2011. Still they didnt delivered it. I have visited their office and asked for the status, daily they are telling that cylinder will be delivered today. They are telling the same dialog everyday as like recorded voice. I get frustrated. Who is responsible for this issue? I already sent two complaints to Bharat gas too. No action from them too. What needs to be done else???

I registered the regulatory damage( gas leak through regulatory) issue on[protected] and daily i tired call them to remember that issue.But always their phone is busy or not picking the call.
